Chapter Ten: Choosing Our Allies

I stare around at the other Tributes. I don't know who to chose. To be honest, my choices are really quite limited. I check my list.

District One:

Male Tribute:

Name: Satin Blake.

Age: 23 (It is no longer only childeren that are allowed into the games.)

Reaping: Seemed scared when called, but soon coverred it up and began preening for the camera. Worked as a fasion critic and seems very shallow and soft. May get sponsers, but probably wont survive the cornucopia.

Female Tribute:

Name: Silk Sugar

Age: 18 (Seems to be a close friend of Satins)

Reaping: Again seemed scared but began collecting sponsers the first moment on stage. Looks very sweet and innocent, but her only hope is sponsers. Could be usefull to have tagging along just to get those little silver parachutes.

District Two:

Male Tribute:

Name: Valour Winter

Age: 23

Reaping: Volunteered happilly. Career tribute. Seems cruel, heartless and born to be in the arena. Worked making wepons in District One and probabably has considerable skill and strength. Would kill us all in our sleep if I chose him as an ally.

Female Tribute:

Name: Aelia Acte

Reaping: Volunteered. Peacekeeper in training. Skulduggery wanted her but again, she makes me sick.

District Three:

Male Tribute:

Name:Quintus Borealus

Age: 37

Reaping: Seemed scared. His files show him to be very, very intelligent and he could be extremely useful in the Games. He would also be hard to protect as he seems to have no survival skills whatsoever but..

Female Tribute:

Name: Julia Cilo

Age: 27

Reaping: Nothing interesting. Seems scared, no survival skills, zilch chance of surviving the cornucopia.

District Four:

Male Tribute:

Name: Nero Plantus

Age: 34

Reaping: Looked like he would have been the first to volunteer if he had not been chosen. Was a net maker and fisherman and would be usefull if he was not likely to kill us at a moments notice.

Female Tribute:

Name: Claudia Smith

Age: 16

Reaping: Seemed terrified. I thought someone would volunteer like usual but for some reason, no one did. I think she would make a good ally. She needs protection and is my age. Also she was a fisherwoman and would have good foraging skills.

District Five:

Female Tribute: Me, I would make the perfect ally to myself, im sure.
