"I Surrender"

When I hear this word
It felt like I was stabbed by a hundreds of sword
It may sounds crazy
But believe me it's the truth I say
It brings your life to the highest
But you might get an early "REST IN PEACE"
But still when you use it well
I will let the doctor tell
It will be your best medicine
But you can be the person everyone has never seen

It will break every pieces of you
Your family, love ones, and including yourself too
Stop! When I say you stop
Prevent drugs, it can ruin your life in a snap
Abused drugs will change your brain function
Is it a myth or a misconception?
You can get money and power
But your family says, "PLEASE! SURRENDER"
Don't wait for you to be arrested by the authority
Cause it will lose your dignity

Drugs itself is good
But people use it to abuse and change their moods
Stimulants, can make your world rock
And it's like a coffee that holds your sleep back
Depressants will create relaxation
It keeps you calm and prevents depression
Tranquilizers causes mild effects and used for anxiety
Barbiturates, it's like a pill that will make you sleepy
Some drugs should be prescribed by the doctor
And should not be buy OVER-THE-COUNTER

In these world full of dangers
We met different strangers
Strangers who influence us badly
Strangers who encourage us to use drugs everyday
And strangers who teach us to become a burden of the society
Opium, Morphine, Heroin
They help us to relieve from pain
But as the years go by they became prohibited
It makes us feel numb and memories are temporarily deleted
People abused it, that's why it descended

People with drug addiction
Should go to rehabilitation
For them to start a new beginning
To forget the past they're always dwelling
Oh! Please don't wait for Duterte to knock at your home
Don't let addiction drown
Put your hands in the air
As you say "I SURRENDER!"
