When I got home after I spent most of the day with Heeyoung, my parents were sat on the couch. Their faces looked kind of concerned, which was a first.
"What's going on?" I asked, frowning.
"Oh Jeongin, we were so worried about you!" My mom exclaimed standing up.
I rolled my eyes. Yeah, right.
"Sure you were," I said sarcastically.
"Hey, don't get all sarcastic with your mother." My father stood up as well.
I scoffed, "You have no room to talk after last night," I glared at him.
He immediately shut his mouth and opened it again to say something when I cut him off.
"Don't. Just don't," I said, and walked to my room, done with the discussion we were having.
I was done with all of his stupid lies. I knew what he was going to say. He was going to apologize and say he didn't mean it, which was a total lie.
He thinks that's the only thing he needs to apologize for. It's not. He has so many things to be sorry for. Yesterday was definitely one of them.
My mother also had things to be sorry for, not just my father. Both of my parents were emotionally messed up.
Just like their son.
