After the last line Joey grabbed my waist and pulled me in. He kissed me...
I ran out and didn't stop till I got to my room. Joey Richter just kissed me, in front of every one. I was staring out the window when I heard the door open. “Aleigha? Do you hate me?” I turned to face Joey. “Why? Why are you here? Why did you kiss me? Just... Why?”
I walked up to him. He grabbed my hand and looked into my eyes. “I am here to make sure you are okay, you ran off. I kissed you because I, well, I'm falling in love falling in love, with Aleigha Anderson. I wanted everyone to know how I feel about you. Well, I don't want to bug you anymore, I'll see you later.”
He turned to leave but I didn't let his hand go. “Wait.” I said almost in a whisper. I pulled him in and reached up and kissed him. Our lips moved in sync. When I pulled out I looked him straight in the eyes, “I think I'm falling in love, with Joey Richter.” He pulled me into a hug and I felt so comfortable with my head on his chest.
We stood there for a few mins and I felt him move us to the couch. We sat down and I layed my head on his sholder. He shrugged me off and held my hand. “Aleigha? Will you be my girlfriend?” I looked at him in disbelief. “Of corse you idiot!”
Joey and I walked into the Warbler practice room hand in hand. I saw Blaine look at us and half laugh. We started practicing and acted like nothing was up.
After practice Jamie and I when to grab some coffee. “So? You and Joey? Really? That's cute. He couldn't stop talking about you when we were working on the song for my audition.” Jamie was looking at me with a skeptic eye. “Yeah, I really like him. He can make my day better. So you got yourself a boy?” I ask her.
“Well, yeah, but you wouldn't know him. He lives in L.A. He's an actor. He's 3 years older than I. His name is Dylan Saunders.” she blushed when she said his name. “He's really sweet.” “That's nice.”
We finished our coffee and headed back to the dorms, turns out she was two doors down from me. “Welp, I'll see you tomorrow Jamie!” “Night A! See ya!” she gave me a quick hug and ran into her room.
I opened my door to see the most horrific sight in my life. On my bed sat Joey Richter, Blaine Anderson, and Rory Flanagan.
