The next few days, Natalie got comfortable walking around more with her stitches on. Tech was happy that her leg was healing but in the inside he was starting to get disappointed because he knows pretty soon she will leave and he will never be able to see her again. He was begining to see Natalie more than a friend and was starting to like her more and more as he got to know more about her.

Little did he know Natalie was starting to feel the same thing as she got to know him. As they spend more time together, Tech would try teaching her some of the high technology that has advanced over the years but Natalie just rolled her eyes, she knew how everything works but simply see no use on using it. They were currently in Tech's lab, Tech was working on another project and Natalie was going through his belonging.

"You know I am starting to see you as a junk rat"

Natalie said going through a box. Tech was on a chair hunched over on a table and chuckled.

"Yeah you could say that but you'll never know when it can come in handy"

"Uh huh"

Natalie came across a picture frame that made her heart drop. It was a picture of Tech in a lab coat without his uniform with geeky glasses but what made Natalie's heart drop was that he wasn't alone. There was a girl standing next to him holding his hand and kissing him on the cheek as he smiled.

"Hey...so who is this?"

Natalie said holding up the frame on her hand showing to Tech. He looked over and gasp in surprise and quickly ran to take the frame away.

"Uh...nobody"

He answered nervously.

"Was she your girlfriend or something?"

She asked with a raised eye brow.

"She used to be my girlfriend"

"So your taken...hmm well congrats"

She said trying to hide the hurt and walked away from the box and away from Tech but from the corner of her eyes she was curious what Tech would do with the frame. She was surprise and hurt as he sigh and placed it back inside the box. Natalie got on Tech's bed the ke keeps in there for late night work and for not making it to his bed.

"How come I never seen her come in here?"

Tech let out a sigh as he scratched the back of his head nervously as he walked to where Natalie was and sat on the edge of his bed.

"She wasn't right in her head, so they have her in a facility"

"What kind of facility?"

She asked curiously but Tech let out a slight anger tone.

"Natalie listen I don't want to talk about her okay and I don't want you going through my personal things again. Understand?"

Natalie was surprised and slightly hurt that he was kind of raising his voice at her.

"Yeah okay fine, I'm sorry"

She said sadly putting her ears flat down. Tech mentally sigh.

'Great now I made her sad'

He shook head.

"No, I'm sorry I didn't mean to raise my voice, its just personal okay"

Natalie picked up her ears and slightly smiled.

"I understand"

A moment of silence pass between them, until Tech finally decided to stand up catching Natalie's attention.

"Come on I think its time I introduce you to the team and the tour I promised you since day one"

Natalie smiled brightly and got off the bed walking towards the entrance by Tech's side. They arrived to the living room that's connected to the kitchen.

"Hey guys, I think its time we get acquainted with our guest. Everyone meet Natalie."

Ace and the others got closer to look at Natalie.

"This here is Lexi"

He pointed to the female bunny.

"Hi"

"Hello"

"This is Slam"

He said pointing to the big purple Tasmanian Devil.

"Jsidheuakms...hi"

"Hi"

"This is Danger Duck but we just call him Duck"

He said pointing to the duck that was in a heroic pose but slum down when he heard Tech's comment.

"Very funny"

He said with an unamused tone, Natalie smiled

"Hi"

"Okay now Natalie before I introduce you to the last member, I need you to promise me that you won't attack him"

Natalie raised one eye brow at him in confusion.

"Why would I do that?"

"Well basically he's a roadrunner"

"Wait....what?...So your telling me your friends with a coyote's natural prey"

Tech's ears went down nervously.

"Y-yeah"

Natalie began laughing.

"It's like if your playing with food"

"Yeah but we been friends for a long time and I don't eat meat"

"Okay then fine, where is he?"

Tech pointed to the kitchen where Rev was making his food. Natalie smirk and slowly slouched down and began to walk slowly to the unexpected prey. Once she got close she jumped on the counter scaring Rev.

"Aaaahhh!!!"

Natalie began laughing again at the sight of his face.

"Hi I'm Natalie"

Rev quickly looked at her and the others.

"You-know-you-scared-me-half-to-death-and-oh-where-are-my-manners-my-name-is-Rev-i-really-hope-you-dont-eat-me-and-i-really-hope-we-become-great-friends"

Rev said in a very fast pace. Natalie got closer to Rev who backed up a little as Natalie sniff him. She looked up at Rev confused.

"You smell familiar, from a family of road runners in a house outside a cliff"

"Oh-yeah-thats-my-ma-and-pa-and-my-younger-brother-rip"

"Yeah I figure the guy keeps tempting my pack to attack"

She said with a slight growl.

"Maybe I should send them a warning of their son's head at the door step"

Rev backed up when Natalie got closer, just then Tech got in between with his arms crossed over his chest and cleared his throat.

"I thought you said your a vegetarian"

"Who said I was going to eat him after I kill him?"

Natalie said with a serious face.
