(Meanwhile in Central)

"Mr. Techton, how did you meet my father?" Asked Hazel as she, her father, her uncle, and Techton walk in the city. "Me and Cups were both hired by Colonel Mustang to assist in the Ishvalan Civil War." Answered Techton. "So, you were apart of a war at age 13?" Questioned Hazel. "What?" Question Techton in complete confusion. "Techton may look 18 Hazel, but he's actually 23." Explained Cuphead. "How's that possible?" Asked Hazel. "By my healing ability." Techton answered. "Some Dragons are know to have a healing ability that can slow one's aging." Added Mugman. "That's cool." replied Hazel. "I have a question for you Cups. Why haven't you told me about your wife and kid?" Asked Techton. "I wanted to keep my personal life separate from my work life." Answered Cuphead. "Well, I don't mean to be rude, but I would like to meet your wife... Uh, what's her name exactly?" asked Techton. "Her name's Bekkah." answered Cuphead. "That's a cool name." replied Techton. Cuphead just chuckled at the replied as he said "You got that right."

(At Cuphead's house)

As Bekkah was taking care of Connor, Hazel's baby brother, Cuphead walk through the door with Hazel, Mugman, and Techton. "Hi Honey!" Announced Cuphead as they entered, "Just got home from picking up Hazel. We also have a old friend of mine visiting for awhile." Said Cuphead. Bekkah then pick up Connor before getting up to meet Techton. "Bekka Smith. A pleasure." Bekkah introduced herself. "Techton Sombra and the pleasure is all mine Ms. Smith." Techton introduced himself with a little bow. Bekkah chuckled as she asked Cuphead, "Since when did you make friends with such well manners?" Techton couldn't help, but laugh a little at the question. "Depends on my mood, I guess." Answered Cuphead. "True dat." Replied Techton.

(Back at Clinton Meyer's Library)

Both Boris and Alphonse were browsing the Library for information on the Ink Machine. Eventually, Alphonse found a book on the Ink Machine. "I think a book Boris." Stated Alphonse as he hands him the book. "Thanks goodness." Said Boris as he took the book from Alphonse. "What is the Ink Machine Boris?" Asked Alphonse. "Well according to to legend, the Ink Machine is a device that could cure the Inkness." Answered Boris as he started to read the book. "Why are the pieces separated from the Machine then?" questioned Alphonse. "It was no longer need when the Inkness died out." Answered Boris. This left Alphonse very confused as he asked "The Inkness died out? Then how is it back?" "No is sure on why and how it's." Stated Boris as he closed the book in irritation. "The book wasn't helpful?" Asked Alphonse. Boris nodded as he said "It's stuff that I already know. You would think people would of done more research on the most deadly disease towards Inklets."
