MIDORIYA'S POV
Only a few people in the criminal association knew about his "condition". Well whatever they called it, personally it was a blessing. A temporary blessing. He wondered if there would come a day to regret his decision, to trust something manufactured somewhere far away and sent to him in a bottle in the form of a sharp black crystal.
Midoriya held the bottle up to the light and watched it gleam in the sunset before putting it on the table and tucking his hands behind his back.
"Oh won't you stay Shaq? Just for a fortnight or two~?"
The man known as 'Shaq' smiled sweetly before shoving Midoriya back in the chair, dropping the smile he had put on before.
"Shiro."
At that, Midoriya let out a chuckle.
"Ironic is what I tell you."
"So which one are you?"
The other male interrupted Midoriya's thoughts. Midoriya found that question strange, what could the other be talking about?
"Are you the ever so mischievous one? The cold one? The innocent one? You flicker like a light."
Shiro inquired, waving around a flashlight. Although the light was hazy, it was a playful gesture. Midoriya shut up at that thought, simply watching as the sun slowly lowered itself below the horizon. Shiro continued,
"You're just piquing my interest even further it seems. What's the cause of the pills, newbie? You seem to use them up like hotcakes."
At that Midoriya flashed a grin, lengthened in sweetness but alas- Most of the lying scum in the world had them. The other male had a point,
"Secret."
Shiro frowned at that before pointing a gun to Midoriya's forehead.
"Whatever you are, in the end around us you act like a damn fool."
Shiro said before walking over to the door, slamming it behind him.
"Awwwh don't be like that~"
Midoriya teased, even though some part of him already knew that Shiro was gone. Midoriya closed his eyes, slipping the mask upwards before inhaling sharply. Midoriya raised his hands up as he leaned back in his chair opening his eyes. Midoriya watched his hands tremble, he was finally alone. He hated being alone.
He could hear the thud of his heart.
What was left of it.
TODOROKI'S POV
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH."
Todoroki jerked as he dropped his phone, immediately looking upwards at the screen. Asui looked at him with a mischievous smirk before she elbowed him. Asui, the guilty person who screamed to apparently get his attention. With Shouto's luck, he ended up in the middle of the two girls on the couch. The last time Todoroki checked, the two were furiously playing the game, "Chu! The Sequel". It was a strange game- Which is why Todoroki had no part in it. He rubbed his eyes sleepily despite his slight alertness he had previously. Asui questioned,
"Sooooooo thinking about a certain someone? You've been on the messenger app for, forever you know. Meet someone cute? Orrrrrr realized that someone you've known for the longest time is cute?"
At that Todoroki tensed up, had he been on a single side of the couch he could've looked away- Out of reflex he did that and was met with the gaze of a determined Momo.
"I was right! Ha ha!"
Asui commented before shoving Todoroki roughly. To that Todoroki didn't respond, a light blush on his face as he frowned.
