Brian's POV - Christmas Eve today! I have spent the whole week buying food for lunch tomorrow and buying presents. Lucy has invited everyone round for lunch tomorrow. Her mum, brother, sister, Freddie, John, Roger, My Mum and Dad.. I had to buy Vegetarian food for myself and Lucy but Mum and Dad are bringing the turkey down today, Helping me prepare it and staying over night. They're a day earlier than everyone else.

**2 hours later**

I was sitting on the sofa, playing my guitar, Lucy reading a book next to me. Then the door went. Lucy got up and pulled me out of my seat, propping my guitar on the sofa. We went up to the door and opened it. Mum and Dad were standing there. A huge sweep of snow and wind came in through the door.

"Hello Son!" Dad said hugging me. Mum was hugging Lucy asking her questions about the baby.

"Lucy my dear, How are you!? How's my grandchild doing? " Mum asked her. I snaked an arm around Lucy's shoulder.

"The Baby's doing great!" I say, grinning.

"Brian! I didn't know you have changed her name to Lucy." Mum said. I blushed and apologised. Lucy and Dad tried not to laugh.

Lucy POV- Brian and Harold are in the kitchen pereparing the turkey for the non-vegetarian people. I am in the living room chatting with Ruth about life and baby stuff.

"So do you think you and Brian will find out the sex of the baby at the 20 week scan? They have all this new technology these days" Ruth said.

"Er, I don't know really. I want to, but I don't know if Brian will, though. " I reply, sipping my tea.

"Oh, I'm sure he will! " Ruth exclaims, her arms flailing.

"Oh!, do you want to know what I got for Brian for Christmas? " I ask Ruth. She nods... "Well, I got him a little baby vest that says 'My Daddy Rocks' on it!". I say.

"Aww, I'm sure he's going to love that! " she says.

"Right, I'm gonna see how the 'men' are getting on" I say, standing up. I go into the kitchen to see what disasters were cooking. (Scuse the pun).

"How are you two getting on then?" I say. Brian turns round. I laugh because he has flour all over his face.... And his hands... Shit. He starts walking towards me, hands up.

"No! Brian ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I squeal, him smudging flour all over my head and face.

"Brian for goodness sake! What are you doing to the poor girl?" Harold laughs. Brian turns round to face his dad, and I quickly grab the bag of flour off the table (muahahaha). He shrugs at his dad and turns round. I dump a handful of flour on his head. Brian then screamed like a little girl. Ruth came in and burst out laughing.

"Oh Brian, Your hair!" Ruth exclaimed, giggling.

"Yes,thanks mum. Right, I need to put the turkey in the oven." Brian said.

"No sweetheart, you need a shower. I'll put the turkey in the oven and you go and wash your hair." I say.

"Are you sure?" Brian asked. I nod and he runs out the door, leaving a trail of flour behind him.

2 hours later***

Brian, Harold, Ruth and Myself were sitting in the sitting room, fire burning and the Christmas tree lights illuminating the room.

"I can tell you two are going to be excellent parents." Ruth suddenly came out with.

"You really think so?" Brian asked.

"Of course! Being a parent is one of the best things. Like for instance, they say and do some really sweet and funny things. Oh! Harold, remember the time when Brian was only four or five and he must've had pins and needles and so he thought his foot had fallen off! " Ruth said giggling. I looked up at Brian, who looked embarrassed and was blushing.

"Haha, Aw Brian! " I say.... "Well, when I was 12, my little brother and sister were both 1 year old's and they were both really funny! If my sister was trying to stand or walk and fell over, my brother would look confused and sit down next to her. That made my mum laugh" I add.

"Awh, that's so sweet! I can't wait to meet your mother and your siblings tomorrow! " Ruth said. I smiled to myself.

1 hour later

I decided to go to bed as it was 11:37 pm. I got under the covers and closed my eyes. Suddenly the room went bright. I sat up and saw Brian creeping in.

"Sorry hunny, were you asleep?" He apologetically asked.

"No, no. I was just about to though. It's alright. Oh! 10 minutes to go until Christmas! I'm excited!" I exclaim. Over the next 9 minutes myself and Brian sat on our bed and I snuggled into his side. 3.. 2....1...... Christmas!

"Merry Christmas Brian. I love you" I whisper into his ear.
