I'm sorry if this message is gonna make you guys more frustrated with me and I am terribly sorry but I feel the need to keep you guys in the loop and of the curveballs which seem to prevent me from doing what I really want to do: make you guys covers.
Basically, this whole message's/ "paragraphs" purpose is to inform you that the laptop I loan from my school won't allow the hard drive for the graphics tablet I recently got to be downloaded.
Since I'm enrolled in a private school, the tech guys have put programs in places to block or stop any downloading from the Internet or otherwise.... even while we are on summer holidays.
And since the laptop from the school is the only laptop/computer that I own or is up-to-date enough to accept the in-computer hard drive needed for the graphics tablet to work, I am stuck with no graphics tablet and a dodgy mouse pad.
HOWEVER, I am saving money to get my own laptop; which is relatively hard to do when I have no way to get a job or get to a job due to no available transport.
You can sort of guess of what situation I'm in.
HOWEVER, (yes, another however) I am working on your covers, trying to use that mouse pad on the laptop... it's just that the quickness of my work has slowed due to my own expectations of giving you guys a piece of art that i can be happy with handing to you. And I have high expectations of myself 😂
I AM working on your covers. And I'm so sorry that you have had to wait and I am so UNDOUBTABLY grateful to you all for being so patient and not giving me deadlines or constantly messaging me asking where your cover is.
I honestly expected you guys to - I would expect anyone to... it's been a long time. You have had to wait a long time and I'm acknowledging that.
Some of you have been waiting for 21 weeks. 21-Freaking-Weeks. And yes, I calculated that to make myself feel bad and to also remind myself of how patient you guys are -- and also how I shouldn't test that patience; because I am sure it is thinning.
So, after my little rant here at 1 am in the morning, I am bidding you guys goodnight... I'll be working on your covers tomorrow 👋
