"What did I do this time?" The Doctor asked, puzzled. Bill stifled a laugh as the doctor seemed to search his memories of bad deeds.
"Explain." The doctor ordered, he didn't like not understanding. The woman stood there calmly waiting. She was a stark contrast to The Doctor who was looking very aggravated.
"Our sources told us the way to get your attention is to take your time machine." A frown crossed her face.
"You did take your time in coming here."
"Yes, we might have been....ah....sidetracked a little bit. But anyway, introductions." He waved his hands around gesturing to the woman that she should introduce herself.
"I am the Matron of the best Rest Home in the universe"
"I don't know about that" the doctor muttered.
"You can call me Matron Sally. You say you are a doctor? I have a problem for you to look at and preferably solve."
The Doctor raised a bushy eyebrow
"...and why would I do that?"
"My sources tell me you like to play the hero" The matron replied.
"Who are these mysterious sources?" The Doctor enquired
"They are of no importance. Now the probl-"
"Wait." The Doctor cut in "I need to know how you know so much about me."
"A bargain then. You see my problem and I tell you my sources. Deal?"
"Deal."
"Are you sure Doctor?" Bill asked nervously
"Yes Bill, what could possibly go wr- Nope. I'm not going to say that. What is your problem." The matron smiled.
"Come. Talk to Alison."
The matron led the way up the corridor followed by Bill leading The Doctor. They went up a flight of stairs and down another corridor. They came to a room grandly decorated. Painted white with a pink carpet the room was very light. Bill, who had taken off the Sonic Sunglasses, put them back on. There was one couch in the main seating area and it matched the walls. There was a pink seat in the corner next to a lamp and piano. Seated in it was an old lady, presumably Alison.
"Is this the doctor?" She asked "I told you I don't need a doctor! I'm not mad"
"Yes I am The Doctor but I will make my own decision whether you are mad or not."
The Doctor felt his way over to the couch and sat down leaving Bill and the matron hovering in the doorway.
"So Alison, what is going on?" The Doctor asked her.
"I'm having visions-"
"Nightmares" the matron cut in.
"Susan." The doctor said "Can I call you Susan? Thanks" Matron Sally opened and closed her mouth apparently speechless.
"Susan, why don't you let Bill take you for a walk, you could take her for a tour" at this point he clenched his teeth as if it was painful to continue
"Of the best rest home in the universe." Bill gave The Doctor a nod, she understood the need to get the matron out of the room. SHe tugged a reluctant matron down the corridor out of view.
"Continue," The Doctor prompted "You're having visions."
"Yes, they're coming, they're coming for you Doctor."
"Who are they?" The Doctor asked urgently.
"They're coming, they're coming, they're coming" from all down the corridor The doctor could hear the occupants chanting.
"They're coming, they're coming" suddenly all went quiet. From out of Alison's mouth came a voice that wasn't her own.
"Ex-ter-mi-nate!"
