I'm back. I'm sorry that I haven't updated in a couple weeks. There was a personal situation that I'd rather not go into. I needed time to clear my head and just take some time off from the world around me. My situation has made me think a lot about how I need to appreciate those who love me. You guys give me great support with my story, and I am very thankful for it. I hope you enjoy the chapter!

Last chapter recap...Regina looked up slightly from her blurred vision. The last thing she saw was Graham being dragged away by two guards, then everything went black.

Regina woke up to the sound of muffle voices. Her eyes slowly fluttered open. She saw several blurry faces looking over her. Her eyes open completely, and her vision focused. Once her vision was focused, she noticed that the blurry faces were the faces of Robin's family. Robin, Rose, Rober, Megan and Madison were all standing over her with worried faces. "Thank god you're awake!" Megan said relieved.
"I second that. You've been out for almost two hours." Madison said.
"What happened Robin?" Remind asked rubbing her head in pain. She began to sit up, but then everyone tensed up. Robin grabbed Regina's hand.
"Woah, woah, woah. Regina, calm down. Relax." Robin said.
Regina relaxed and leaned against her pillow. "Graham hit you. Then I got really mad, I punched him in the face. We started fighting, and eventually a couple of guards pulled apart and took Graham away. When I looked back at you, you were out cold."
Everything came flooding back to Regina. "That's makes a lot of sense now. It explains why my head hurts so much." Regina said giving a slight smile and rubbing her head in pain. Then she realized that the left side of her lip felt swollen. "Why can't I talk very well?"
"Graham split your lip when he hit you." Robin explained.
Regina brought her hand up to her lip and felt it. It was fairly swollen. She brought her hand higher up her face and winced and pulled her hand away from her face. "I'm assuming my check is swollen too." Regina sighed.
Regina slowly ran her fingers over her face and felt four little bumps along her cheek. She took in a sharp breath, and her eyes went wide. "Do I have stitches?" Regina asked.
"Unfortunately." Madison said.
"The doctor said that you can get them taken out in the next few days." Megan said.
"I'll be back in New York in two days." Regina said raising her eyebrow.
"They said you can get them taken out in America." Rose said.
"Ok." Regina said.
"Can you give Regina and I a moment alone please?" Robin asked.
"Yeah. We were going to leave anyway." Megan said.
"Thank you so much for staying here." Regina smiled at Rose.
"It was no trouble at all. We all love you Regina." Rose smiled.
Regina smiled. Rose, Robert, Madison, and Megan turned around and walked out the glass door. Rose closed it behind them. Robin looked into Regina's eyes. She smiled back at him and placed her hand on Robin's scruffy face. He smiled and grabbed Regina's hand. He held Regina's hand in both of his and kissed it softly. "Regina," Robin began. "I want to tell you something, and I don't want you to talk until I'm finished."
Regina gave Robin a concerned and confused look. "Um, sure." Regina adjusted herself in her bend so she could listen.
Robin grabbed both of Regina's hands. "I know the time ing seems a bit off considering what just happened, but I couldn't wait any longer to tell you something I've been wanting to tell you since middle school." Robin said looking into her eyes.
Regina gave Robin a slight smile. "What are you going to tell me?" Regina asked.
"I wanted to tell you that 'I love you." Robin said.
Regina smiled. "Aw. I love you too." Regina said nudging Robin's arm.
"That's not what I'm trying to say. Of course I love you, but what I want to say is that 'I'm in love with you'. And I've been in love with you since the day I met you. I've wanted to tell you this for so long." Robin smiled.
Regina was completely in shock. She had always known that she was in love with him, but she never who he was in love with him. She always thought that Robin thought of her as a friend. Apparently she had just been naïve about Robin. And multiple people have told her that she was the most stubborn person they've ever met. Maybe Robin was in love with her.
Regina's thoughts got the best of her and she didn't say anything to Robin for longer than she thought. "Regina. Please say something." Robin begged slightly.
"I don't really know way to say..." Regina said.
"I understand." Robin said letting go of Regina's hands. He looked down at the floor.
He started to walk away. "Robin wait!" Regina said.
Regina sat up in her bed as Robin walked back over to Regina. Once he was close enough, Regina grabbed Robin's face with her hands and kissed him passionately. Their lips fit together perfectly like two puzzle pieces. Years of loneliness and love were realized in their kiss. Their kiss seemed to last an eternity. Regina had been waiting for Robin to admit how he felt since high school, and from how Regina reacted to Robin admitting his feelings, he was pretty certain tat Regina felt the same he felt about her.
They pulled apart and their foreheads were still touching. Their eyes opened, and they looked into each other's eyes. Regina let a tear run down her cheek, but it wasn't a sad tear. It was a tear of joy. She was the happiest she'd ever been. She smiled at him, and he smiled back. Regina's hands still caressed Robin's face. "I'm in love with you too." Regina smiled.I'm sorry for the short chapter guys. I have some writers block, and my personal issues aren't helping. I still hope you enjoyed the chapter though.
