The Missing Weasley: The Triplet

Visiting the Lake

One month later Luna and Four were reading outside, again. They were reading Hogwarts: A History. They were exploring the wonders of the Great Hall and its appearance as the outdoor sky as the twins knocked on the tree, announcing their presence.

Fred and George were coming to their house about every day. They had begun announcing their presence after the elemental incident. The group usually talked about their pasts, except Four. She never spoke of her time at the Muggle orphanage except about the horrible food. Fred and George, used to their mother's cooking were appalled she ate the terrible food for almost eleven years.

That afternoon the Lovegoods and the Weasley traveled to a nearby lake to meet up for a wedding. The children would not be attending the wedding. They would be swimming in the lake during the procession Mrs. Weasley told them.

Four borrowed one of Ginny's old swimsuits and put it on under her favorite sweater, the blue one with her initial on it. The two families flooed into the house where the wedding would be taking place. To everyone surprise, Albus Dumbledore was there.

He took Four aside to talk to her.

"Hello Four, how are you doing"

"I am doing well, and you," she replied sweetly.

"I doing fine, now let's talk about your abilities as an elemental. You seem to be extremely powerful, which means you probably have one or two parents that are wizards, how about let's do a blood test."

Four held out her arm to be tested, Albus conjured a small needle. He pecked her skin with it, drawing an extremely small drop of blood. He mumbled a couple of spells and all came up blank.

"Just as  I suspected, your metamorphmagus abilities mixed with being an elemental of fire as blocking your DNA," he told her.

"I am not sure if Mr. Lovegood told you but I can control water as well," she said looking him straight in the eye.

"He must have forgotten, would you like to go to the lake and demonstrate it to me, Four?"

"Of course," she said confidently and began walking towards the lake.

As they arrived at the lake, she took off her long blue sweater. Albus could not help but notice the many scars on her legs and back. He, however, made no comment, knowing she was probably extremely self-conscious of them.

She jumped into the lake, fully submerged and then popped back out, perfectly dry. She then held out her left hand and levitated water out of the lake and then dropped it on Ginny's head. Ginny looked at her and then pushed her into the lake, falling in herself. 

That is when something miraculous happened, instead of falling into the lake she levitated above the water. "What is happening Dumbledore?" She said hurriedly as she was clearly freaking out.

"You have discovered another ability, elemental of air. It is extremely rare to obtain one ability, let alone two. Three abilities are almost unheard of, however" He told her calmly.

"Okay, then," she said calming down. Four then fell into the water, as she was not trying to stay up anymore.

"I need to speak with Mrs. Weasley and Mr. Lovegood about your living situation, I think you should live with me for the remainder of the summer."

"Why, sir," asked Four innocently.

"Because you my dear are extremely powerful and you must learn how to control this before coming to Hogwarts."

"Will I still be able to see Luna and Ginny and the Weasleys?" She asked.

"Of course, Four."

"Let us go talk to Mrs. Weasley and Mr. Lovegood together now."
