Chapter 7

As I was about to plop myself next to Jonah, I was picked up by someone. My guess, obviously Daniel. He took me to his shared room with Jack and dropped me on his bed.

"If you wanted something, you can talk to me. There's no need for you to pick me up and take me here." I told Daniel.

"Sorry. That probably wasn't necessary." Daniel came and sat beside me on his bed.

"I mean, that's one way to talk to a girl." I joked.

"Actually, I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date with me?" Daniel asked me.

"Oh, a d-date?" I stuttered.

"Yeah, if that's okay with you." I could sense that he was nervous.

"When?" I looked at the ground.

"Whenever you like." Daniel replied.

"Tomorrow?" I suggested.

"Tomorrow it is." Daniel let out a massive sigh.

I laughed at him.

"What?" He stood up with his hands on his hips.

"Dani, you don't need to be nervous. Just chill." I assured him.

"I am chill." He stated.

I rolled my eyes and laughed.

"Sure. I'll go on a date with you." I confirmed.

"Really?" He grinned at me.

"No. Because I didn't just agree." I added a sarcastic comment.

"You're funny, Sammy." Daniel stated.

"Thanks." I smiled at him.

I stood up and we stared into each other's eyes. It wasn't creepy, but calming. I examined his bright blue eyes that first caught my attention when we met for the very first time, 3 days ago. His eyes always reminded me of seeing him enter Starbucks with Jonah. I noticed Daniel smile but didn't realise we were super close. I watched him bite his bottom lip. Probably to be sexy or something. I accidentally laughed at him. His faced dropped.

"I am so sorry but what was that?" I laughed and walked out of the room.

"What was what?" Daniel followed me into the kitchen.

"We stare into each other's eyes and then you bite your lip. Are you trying to be sexy or something, Dani?" I grabbed a cup from the cupboard and filled it with tap water.

"Sorry. It just kind of happened." Daniel objected.

"What happened now?" Zach appeared with Jack following him.

I drank my water and shook my head at them.

"Doesn't matter. Daniel just ruined a good moment." I placed the cup into the sink and went outside with 3 boys following me.

"Ooh, Daniel." Zach laughed.

"Hey!" Daniel slapped Zach's face, making it go red.

I walked over to the edge of the backyard to look at the view more clearly. It was a beautiful sight. I stood there for a few minutes before I noticed someone was next to me.

"Sorry about before." It was Daniel.

"Don't stress about it." I turned to face him.

"Hey! Lovebirds! We have a concert to go to!" Corbyn yelled.

I saw him standing at the sliding door with Christina next to him.

"Oh yeah." I mentally face palmed myself.
