Elias laid on the floor, unable to move. His head bleeding, legs broken, he could hardly breathe. His blue eyes were bloodshot and filled with tears, ''No... please... Alice no, I don't want this please Alice,'' Elias faintly cried.
''Too late young one, your fate is sealed,'' Alice smiled down at him, blood dripping from her mouth, she brushed his bloodied hair from his face, ''forever will you be with me, you should be grateful, eternal life is a blessing. You'll thank me one day,'' she bit into her hand, forcing his mouth open with her other, slowly dripping her blood into his mouth, ''from this day on, you'll be my son, disobey, and you'll regret it,''.
Elias tried spitting the blood up, her strong grip on his mouth wouldn't allow it, 'hah, that's how it is... life fucked me over again, should have known,' he thought to himself, crying harder, his body going numb from the pain. 'Vampires are heartless,' his eyes slowly began to close, 'I'll... never be like... one of them...'
''Elias, get up, its already evening,'' Harlock kicked the couch that he was laying on. Elias jolted up, grabbing Harlock by the neck, digging his nails into his neck, his eyes blood red. Harlock tried pulling him off, ''E-Elias w-what are you doing?!".
Elias quickly dropped Harlock after he realized what he was doing, he stood in shock, seeing the hand mark, and blood dripping from his neck, ''I don't know what came over me...'' he sat down on the couch, ''I had a dream about Alice... sorry about that...'' he mumbled, his head aching. ''Where are the girls? You didn't kill them did you,'' he asked as he rubbed his head.
''Pft, you think I'm that vindictive huh? They're just fine, my little toy is asleep still, the stupid one is nursing her back to health, I just wish she would hurry, I'm feeling hungry~'' he grumbled.
''Ah, okay that's good...'' his head pounded, he could hardly think straight, ''I think I'll head upstairs and find a room to sleep in... my head is killing me,'' Elias stood back up, Harlock watched his friend struggle to stand, feeling concerned but not enough to help. Elias's body felt weak, he slowly made his way up the stairs, 'what's wrong with me... I've had enough to drink... did I drink too much...?'. Elias leaned against the wall, using it to lead his way, 'need... to hurry...' he stopped walking, leaning his side against the wall, breathing became difficult. He could see a blurry figure approaching him, he slowly made his way to it. ''H-help... so weak...'' he murmured through heavy breaths. As his legs gave out, the figure caught him, they were much shorter than him, so they were struggling to hold him up. He set his heavy pounding head on their shoulder, the familiar smell of sweet blood filled his nose, he moved his head to the nape of their neck, 'such... a good smell,' he shut his eyes, softly breathing in the smell, 'her name... was Emma... right?' he asked himself, his body beginning to heat up, he couldn't control himself, he leaned in closer bringing his mouth up to her neck, softly licking her neck, before passing out cold.
Emma stood in shock, her cheeks flushed red, nearly dropping Elias. "H-hey wake up! You're really heavy! What's wrong with you?!'' she asked the unconscious man. ''What do I do now?!'' she asked to herself, as she began to drag his heavy body to the closest room she could find. She placed her hand on his head ''Ah... he's burning up'' she sighed, ''how do you help a sick vampire?!'' she asked herself, 'will normal medicine work on them? Should I ask the asshole one?!' Emma quickly went into the room where Joyce was sleeping, grabbing a spare towel, dipping it in the water she had brought for Joyce to drink, then ran back to Elias, setting it on his forehead. ''What do I do...'' she asked again, ''only thing I can think of is making an herbal tincture... for that I need to find yarrow... and hope they have alcohol... guess I have to ask the bastard...'' she sighed, then quickly made her way downstairs. ''Harlock! I need your help...'' she cringed, hating that she had to ask him for help.
