"Y/n? Baby?" Sam said kneeling in front of you
"I'm so sorry Sammy." You stated weakly
"Y/n, Baby, you got keep your eyes open," Sam said lightly slapping your cheek
"Sam I love you." You stated weakly before your eyes shut
"Y/n? Baby? Please wake up, Y/n!" Sam exclaimed shaking you

You woke in a lot of pain, surrounded by that obsessive beeping. You were still so tired that you couldn't open your eyes even if you wanted too. The pain, the beeping, and the light made you want to stay asleep, but something was holding your hand and that something was shaking and before you knew it you were begrudgingly opening your eyes.

"Y/n, I'm so sorry." You heard being mumbles over and over again.
"Sam?" You asked unsure
"Yea, it's me. I'm here." Sam said
"What happened?" You asked
"What do you remember?" Sam asked in return
"The last thing I remember is a bright light before I passed out." You said
"You didn't miss much then," Dean said walking in with b/f/n
"We have a lot of questions and you need to give us some answers, we deserve that much." B/f/n boldly said
"Then let me tell you the reason I did it before you start judging." You stated
"Ok," Sam said
"I did it because I was scared of a lot of different things. I was scared all of you would get hurt or die to try to kill protect me. Then I realized how much all of you would hurt if I was killed and the best way for you not to get hurt as if I disappeared before I was killed... I'm sorry." You explained
"Why did you even make that deal in the first place?" B/f/n finally asked
"I did it to save Sam. If I didn't Dean would then B/f/n or Sam would do something equally stupid. If I did it and died none of you would do something as drastic as selling your soul." You answered
"That's not true. Y/n I would do anything to keep you safe, no matter the cost." Sam admitted
"That's was another thing I feared. The thing with James was just a fling and I thought if you saw me with someone else you would be able to get over me and not do anything drastic." You said desperately trying to get him to understand
"I still don't understand one thing, why didn't you ask for help. There are other ways to stop a hellhound." Dean stated
"I didn't ask because I accepted I was going to- *Scream*"
"Y/n?!" Sam exclaimed
"My back, what's on my back." You said scared trying to stop the pain
"There's a tattoo of wings," Dean said
"I've never had a tattoo of wings before... What else did they do to me?" You asked solemnly
"I think we need to get you out of here," Dean said
"Why, what do you know?" You asked quickly
"I think we need to get you to Bobby, I think they may have done something and I don't know if your even fully human anymore." explained
"What?!" You exclaimed freaking out

During your freaking out doctor rushed in and tried to calm you down, while kicking out your friends. During your panicked haze, a doctor gave a relaxation drug causing you to pass out.

"Why on Earth would you freak her out like that!" A doctor said the group
"I didn't mean to," Dean stated
"Doctor, when can she go home?" Sam asked
"Not for some time, she has some internal damage and a few broken bones that need to be fixed with surgery." The doctor explained
"Have you done anything to fix these problems yet?" B/f/n asked
"There was only so much surgery we can do on a patient in a day. We got most of it done, but some the damage takes longer to fix than the others. If we tried to do it all in one day, we would only hurt her more." The doctor explained
"What internal damage does she have?" Sam asked
"Light scarring on the longs along with slight blisters and light internal bleeding." the doctor said before being called away
"This is bad, if she had that much damage she's going to have to stay here and even after that we couldn't let her hunt until a few months after being out of here." B/f/n stated
"She isn't going to like being sidelined," Dean stated
"Dean what were you going on about how she may not even be human anymore," Sam whispered
"She may be part supernatural, I don't know which creature, but it's a possibility. No human just randomly has wings on their back." Dean replied
"We have to get Bobby here. We can't wait and see, we need to know now what is wrong with Y/n." Sam said pulling out his phone.

*Phone conversation*

Sam: Bobby you need to get to Great Plains Hospital, in Austin Texas.
Bobby: What'd you idjits do?
Sam: It's Y/n, something weird has happened and now she has a tattoo of wings on her back.
Bobby: I'm on my way

*End*

"He's on his way," Sam said
*Loud beeping*
"Y/n?!" They all yelled trying to get into your room
"Back up!" A doctor said pushing them away
"WHAT'S GOING ON!" Dean yelled
"She's coding! We have to get her to surgery now, MOVE!" Another doctor screamed
