You disappeared. You weren't coming back.. at least, not without Sam. You knew you wouldn't be strong enough to go back and fight for Sam if he was still alive, that is. You were doing the only logical thing you could do; leaving for the time being. It was hard leaving without saying goodbye, but if they knew what you were going to do they would have stopped you. It was about lunchtime the next day when you got the first call and the first texts.
*Text conversion*
B/f/n- Where are you? What are you doing? Are you okay?!
Y/n- I'm fine, I just took a solo hunt.
*End*

With that out of the way, you threw your phone out the window. You didn't need nor wanted them to track your phone, plus all the texts and calls from them would be annoying. After three more hours, you finally found what you needed. You quickly got out of the car and dug a whole. That's right you were at a crossroads. You knew it was dangerous and stupid, but honestly, you and everyone else needed Sam. They could make do without you, but they couldn't without Sam. And if Sam stayed dead, you would soon follow because of the reckless behavior and the team couldn't survive with both of you dead. After a few more seconds a demon appeared.
"Hello, how can I help you?" The demon asked faking politeness
"I want to sell my soul to get back Sam Winchester." You stated
"Now why in hell would I do that?" The demon asks rhetorically
"Because if you don't you'll be killed." You stated grabbing the demon and holding a knife to its neck.
"You have no manners, tsk, tsk." The demon said
"Says the demon." You mocked
"I'll grant you what you want, but in return, you only get two years." The demon stated
"It's ten years, not two!" You yelled
"Deal or no deal?" The demon asked growing bored

"Deal," I said
"FYI Sam should be appearing at Bobby's any moment now." The demon said before disappearing
You quickly drove back to Bobby's house seeing them waiting outside.
"Sam?" You tentatively asked slowly walking up to the porch
"Why?" Sam asked weakly
"Why what?" You asked playing innocent
"Why would you do something so stupid!?" Sam asked enraged
"IT WASN'T STUPID! YOUR BACK AND ALIVE! It can't be stupid if your back." You said breaking down towards the end
"You'll Be killed in ten years, that's the stupid part! You'll be gone and I'll have to live without you." Sam said near tears
You ran to Sam hugging him tightly while crying.
"Why would you do that Y/n?" Bobby asked confused, enraged, and hurt
"I had to save Sam. If I didn't do it you would of Dean think of it as I'm keeping the brothers together and I'm keeping my ray of sunshine alive." You said heading to leave
"Y/n! You don't just get to walk away. Why would you after everything I've thought you go and sale your soul. There are other ways and you choose to sale your soul!" Bobby yelled letting his rage and hurt get the best of him
"What other way?" You said with so much hate and coldness they flinched
No one answered, no one dared to. With that, you left. You weren't going to let them tell you how you should have done something else when there was nothing else you could have done. There was no other way to save Sam. None that would be quick anyway. By tomorrow at noon, no one had tried to contact you. You were still on the road when you got a call from Sam.

*call conversation*
Sam/ Baby, please come back we're sorry, I'm sorry.
Y/n- Sam I would, but I can't, I can't face my dad and I can't face b/f/n.

Sam/ I'll find you, one way or the other.
Y/n- That's what I'm counting on. I love you, Sam Winchester.

With that, you ended the call and continued on to the hotel. Once to the hits you quickly got a room and started looking for another hunt or really just anything to get your mind off of the pain. You luckily found a hunt relatively close to your hotel and best of all it had to do with a bar. You could get drunk and get knowledge about the hunt.
