3rd POV

A solid week went by and the boys stayed silent, both too prideful to admit they were wrong. Fredrick worked his hardest to get Jimin back on the ice, but in the end, Jimin would always cut practice short; claiming that he just didn't feel like it, or that he was too tired, until finally he just stopped practicing. He knows that he shouldn't have yelled at Jungkook, and in truth...there's a sick ache in his gut that a small voice keeps telling him is loneliness, but he refuses to believe  it. Why would he miss a pain in the ass like Jungkook? It makes no sense.

Jungkook has been doing the same; sleeping in late, eating nothing, and slowly over the week has become more and more inconstant with his schedule. He doesn't necessarily miss Jimin because well...it would be weird wouldn't it? He had only known him for a few days and yet...he can't stop thinking about him. All he can do is lay awake at night haunted by both his burning desire to do something more exciting with his life, and also Jimin's...well, everything. His dark silhouette glides around in his mind every day and every night, stealing from him any chance of concentration.

Jungkook's POV

"Jungkook!" Tae shouts, snapping me out of my day dream.

"Yes? S-sorry. I was-"

"Daydreaming again?" He finishes my sentence with an annoyed tone.

"...Sorry." I whisper, helping him reattach a plug.

"Aish..." He whispers angrily. "You know ever since you came back from your little trip you've been so lackadaisical I've actually had to start doing my job." He jokes, but I know that he's actually pissed about it.

Tae's always been an extremely lazy person to work with, but oh well, I don't have to pay him hardly anything.

We finish the job and gather up our tools. Again, I refuse to except the check and we leave just as quickly as we came.

"So," Tae begins as we begin to enter the turn off of the highway, toward's Jimin's house. "What was it like?"

"What do you mean?" I ask, forcing my eyes to stay on the road instead of look off toward the Park's residence.

"I mean, what was it like living in the fancy house for a week?" He asks, nodding his head toward the Park's house.

"I dunno. Normal, I guess." I lie.

He chuckles and looks at me. "Jungkook, I have known you for almost 5 years now and I know exactly how bad you are at lying. So tell me the truth. Was it as fancy as we all imagine it is?" He sits up slightly, paying attention.

"Well..." I think over my week with Jimin. "In short, yes. It was everything we always thought it would be...but even more beautiful and grand. Their rooms were twice the size of my apartment, but I never got to see the rest of the house so I don't really know what else it had. When I first showed up, their butler told me everything they had and, wow," I smile at the memory. "There was so much I can't even recall half of it."

"And how was the family? Were they like, nice, or were they just snotty and rude?"

I gulp and think of how to answer. "Both, I guess."

"Both? What do you mean?" He asks.

"Well, I never got to meet Mr. or Mrs. Park, or their youngest son, but I did meet their oldest. His name was Jimin. He was really...I don't know how to put it. Spoiled, I guess? But he was sweet too, I think he just hasn't had many friends so he doesn't know how to treat people. He's a celebrity too, did you know that?"

"What?! Really?" Tae asks, suddenly drastically more interested.

"Yeah, he's a figure skater."
