Five Years Later:

This was it, the moment I had been waiting for. My hair was done up in a gorgeous up-do, and my white wedding dress stunning and eye-capturing.

I linked arms with my father, and the music started to play. We began the slow walk down the isle, and I heard clicks of cameras. My breath caught in my throat when I saw Nico. His dark hair was gelled back, and his usual jeans and shirt had been traded out for a black tuxedo and shiny black dress shoes.

My father kissed my head, and I took my place at the alter. Hera was officiating our marriage, and I couldn't hear much until she said, "and now, the vows. Amberlie, would you like to go first?" I nodded and cleared my throat.

"Nico. I met you when I was sixteen, and the first time we ever talked was when we were chosen to go on a quest together. I'll admit, I absolutely hated you, but I guess love and hate are more alike then you'd think. From this day fourth, I vow to be understanding, honest, faithful, caring, and the best wife I could possibly be."

"Nicholas." Hera stared, staring at my soon-to-be-husband.

"Amber. From the day I met you, I saw something in you. You weren't like the Aphrodite children, with an exception of Piper. You didn't care about the latest gossip, and makeup brands. You were pure, and even though you hated my guts, I still liked you. I vow to be truthful, faithful, understanding, caring, and the best husband I could possibly be."

"The rings." Hera said. Jordan came forward and presented two rings, both with silver bands and diamonds. I took Nico's, and he took mine. "Do you, Amberlie Rose, take Nicholas Di Angelo, as your lawfully wedded husband?" I took his hands, and with no hesitation, answered. "I do." "And do you, Nicholas Di Angelo, take Amberlie Rose as your lawfully wedded wife?" "I do." We slid the rings onto each other's fingers. "With all the power vested in me as the goddess of marriage, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Thirteen Years Later:

"Bianca! Maria! Jordan!" I called to my three children. They all came racing down the stairs, pushing and shoving each other. "Yeah mom?" Bianca asked. She was the oldest, and she had Nico's black hair and my grandmother's blue eyes. "We're going to the family dinner in an hour, everyone get ready." Maria groaned. "I was practicing my powers." She whined. Maria was the middle child, and was my mini clone before my eyes became green. "Maria Hazel Di Angelo!" "Sorry mom." She apologised. "It's fine." "Where is it?" Jordan, my youngest, asked. He had my hair and Nico's eyes. "At Aunt Annabeth's." I replied as I ushered them up the stairs.

"Hello my beautiful wife." Nico greeted as he kissed me. "Nico. We've been married for thirteen years." "I know, but every time I say that, it reminds me of how lucky I am." I sighed. "I love you." "I love you to."
