MCD Levin! x Reader! Always There

I was walking through the streets of Phoenix Drop. I was thinking about Levin. We have been best friends for years. Ever since my mother introduced me to him and Aphmau when we were toddlers. As we grew up I helped him through some of his problems. When Lord Aphmau disappeared, when Malachi left to sea to trade for the first time, and when ever he needed me. He would come to me for everything and anything. Especially when he was happy. I was the first person he told. He's been busy lately. I haven't seen him a lot. I clear my head though when I go on walk ( Who also does this? ). I heard the birds chirp as I was walking. I usually take my walks in the early morning. As I was walking I seen Malachi.

    " Hey Malachi."

    " Oh hey Y/n. What are you doing up so early?"

   " I usually take a walk every morning."

   " Why do you do that?"

   " It's peaceful. I can clear my thoughts, and look at nature without a crowd blocking the view."

   " I agree with you. It's calmer in the mornings."

   " Ya it's so calm that you can hear the birds talking."

   " It is. May I join you on the walk?"

   " Sure."

I started walking and Malachi walked with me.

   " So Malachi how has the seas been?"

   " They have been good. They have been calm all month."

   " That's good."

   " It's actually bad."

   " Why?"

   " Cause Since they were calm for a month I have the feeling that they'll be rough these next few days."

   " Oh that's bad. Wouldn't want you crashing."

   " We wouldn't crash. My crew wouldn't allow it."

   " Neither would Levin."

We both laughed at that. As we walked we talked about many different things. Then the morning ended when the crowds started to form.

   " Well it was nice talking to you Malachi. I must be heading home."

   " Alright. Before you go. I need you to go somewhere for me."

   " Okay. Where?"

   " Tonight I need you to go to the old dock."

   " The one back in the ruined Phoenix Drop?"

   " Yes that one."

   " Alright."

   " Thank you."

Then Malachi and I went our separate ways. I walked back my house. I went inside and sat down on my couch and started thinking about Levin. It's been a while since I have seen him. I shake the thoughts from my head and walk towards the cupboard.

   " I need to go get some food."

      ( Time Skip )

The sun was setting and I started making my way to the old dock. I hope there are no bandits out right now. I kept walking and then when I seen the dock I seen someone standing at the end of the dock. I walked closer to see rose petals on the dock leading toward the man. I also noticed candles on the edges. I walked closer and I seen the man turn around. It was Levin.

   " Levin?"

   " H-Hey Y/n."

   " Levin are you okay? Your face is really red."

   " Y-Ya I'm fine. I'm glad to see that Malachi did what I asked him."

   " Oh so you wanted to meet me here."

   " Yes I did."

   " Well I'm glad!"

   " Y-You are?"

   " Ya I barely get to see you. Plus when I go out looking for you I stop looking cause I'm afraid I'll interrupt some Lord business."

   " You could never interrupt any business."

   " You say that now, but just wait."

He laughed and I giggled with him.

   " So why are we meeting out here so late?'

   " It's the only way I can talk to you and have no one interrupt."

   " Smart."

I stood beside him and looked up at the stars. He did the same thing. Then out of nowhere he grabbed my hand. I looked down at our hands and smiled. I squeezed his hand and he squeezed back. I looked back up at the stars. Then He grabbed my other hand and turned me towards him.

   " Y/n there's something I need to tell you."

   " What is it Levin?"

   " I-I......."

He took a deep breath and looked back into my eyes.

   " I-I like you. M-More than a-a friend."

I could feel the heat rising to my cheeks.

   " W-what do you mean?"

   " Y-Y/n I love you. When ever I'm sad your instantly there. When I'm excited I always tell you first. Your always there for me. No one else has done that for me except for me m-mom. Y/n I lost my mom. Malachi grieved and so did I. I helped him through it and you helped me through my time of grieving. I fell in love with you Y/n."

   " L-Levin..."

He put his forehead on mine while he held my hands. We were both blushing. His was a light pink and mine was a tomato red.

   " Y/n I lost my mom. I don't want to lose you too. "

I hugged him and he hugged me back.

   " Don't worry Levin. I'll always be there for you."

He pulled away and looked at me. He had tears in his eyes. I wiped them away as they fell. He leaned in and kissed me. I kissed back. It was sweet. Then after a few minutes went by ( looks down at watch ) we pulled away.

   " Always?'

   " Always Levin."
