NOBODY's POV
Jinyoung was playing with his coffee mug awkwardly ad the figure in front of him intensely stared him. His gaze didn't bear the burden to see the latter eyes as he looked down at his untouched coffee. A week had passed and he just managed to contact his ex-lover to meet him. Yes! Choi Youngjae.
"I heard you sent gifts for Youngji in my behalf hyung..." Youngjae broke the silent and Jinyoung wasn't ready to be asked for that question, well, he wasn't ready for any question. He was flustered by Youngjae's sudden question and he coughed before answering that question. Very shortly.
"y-yeah" he cursed himself for the stupid stutter.
"you know," Youngjae paused whatever he about to say, he hesitated but he managed to say it anyway. "you can be his dad if you want." Youngjae looked down after shamelessly said that thing. Jinyoung nearly choked without drinking anything. He was really bewildered with Youngjae's bold confession. "you said that you could leave everything for me." Youngjae looked up to met Jinyoung's flustered eyes.
"Y-youngjae-ah..." Jinyoung couldn't utter any word. He felt this conversation wasn't right and that wasn't something he wanna talk with his ex-lover.
"am I wrong? Do you not love me anymore?" Youngjae sadly asked. Jinyoung just sighed and relaxed his stiffen shoulder a bit.
"I think I have told you that I'll always love you, Youngjae-ah." He said, his gaze softened as he reached Youngjae's hand and caressed it lovingly. "but, the thing has changed now... we can't be together." Jinyoung said, Youngjae looked away as tears threatening to flow. "we didn't talk about us, about you and me. but, we also should think about Youngji's feeling. She used to be with Jaebum hyung... and she will be confused if I suddenly claim myself as his dad." Jinyoung stated.
"well, Jaebum can visit her every time he want and she can call you anything...the important thing is that we can be together hyung... I really still love you." Youngjae said, more like pleaded with tears pricking from his eyes.
"Youngjae-ah...that was one of my reason" Jinyoung hesitated, but he need to say it to Youngjae. "it's true that I can leave everything for being with you. Everything.... But, I realize that I can't leave Mark." Youngjae pulled his hand from Jinyoung's and he sinisterly glanced at his ex-lover with irritated gaze.
"is that the other words for 'I love him'?" Youngjae asked in sarcastic tone. "did he threat you again? With what deal?"
"yes, and no. I mean, yes that is the other words for that and he didn't threat me at all. We even didn't talked each other in this past week." Jinyoung felt sad as he remember Mark's cold action towards him in this past week. "he kind of.... Avoiding me..."
"I didn't believe you hyung... you even didn't say you love him. Say it! If you really love him." Youngjae felt irritated and he raised his voice a bit, ignoring the weird stares from the other people.
"I can't. I want him as the first one who hears it. I never say it to him and I just realized my feeling recently." Jinyoung said and he looked down again, avoiding Youngjae's death glare.
"I think I need to leave hyung... I can't bear to see my loved one talk about his loved one." Youngjae said bitterly and he grabbed his bag harshly before run out from the café.
Jinyoung left dumbfounded. He sighed heavily but felt relieved that he could say those things to Youngjae. Even though, he felt sorry for hurting Yongjae. He still loves Youngjae, but in different way and not as lover. He loves him as his brother as Jaebum loves him now. He did wished the best for Youngjae.
