I woke up when I could feel someone's precence next to me, I whipped around and swung my hand, causing them to crash down onto the ground.
"Watch it!" The voice hissed, I looked down to see Fang, my eyes widened.
"F-Fang?" I asked, he smirked and got up, pretending to dust himself off, I gave him a questioningly look and sighed.
"Shouldn't you be with Max?" I asked a little bit nastier than indended, I turned my back to him and crossed my arms. I didn't like Max one bit, she was always beliving to be incontrol, and trust me, She. Was. Pushy.
"She doesn't know I left, I went to go check out a house and I just looked up into the tree and here you are." He told me honestly, My cold eyes softened a little and I looked at him.
"Did you find their parents?" I asked, He shook his head.
"They didn't remeber a son." He sighed, I nodded, knewing he was talking about Iggy.
"Did you have any luck?" I asked, he looked at me and shook his head.
"Nothing.." He said.
"A dead end trail..." I finished his sentance for him, He smiled and waved his hand for me to fly down, I did as he asked me and looked at him.
"I'm leaving soon, I just needed some... sleep." I yawned, He grinned.
"We have a pretty nice motel room, ya' know? It has food and-" He started, I interupted him the instant he mentioned food.
"Let's go!" I laughed, he nodded and pulled my hand, He flew up into the sky.
"I thought you were in Florida." I said, He nodded
"We are, it's just that we were afraid to stay too close to the city so we found a motel on the outskirts of town." He said plainly, I nodded and didn't say much for the rest of the fly.

The second we landed Max was standing there, her arms crossed and her eyes staring at Fang in a hatefull way.
"Where were you!? I thought the Erasers got you...!" She cried, Fang looked at her, letting go of my hand.
"I was going around town to a house I found. You haven't gotten much sleep, I figured you needed it." He said plainly. Max sighed.
"Just don't do it again, now explain to me who this person is." She growled, gesturing to me.
"You don't remeber her?" He asked, Max shook her head.
"I'm Kat, You probably don't remember me, I was always a no body." I said flatly, I really hated Max. She was always so bossy. I guess Angel must have heard us because I saw her little face peek out from around the corner.
"M-Max?" She asked, Max turned around and picked her up, Angel looked so tiny, and so helpeless...
"Whatever. We're leaving tonight, be ready if you're coming with us." She harshly replied, turning around and walking away. I knew Max hated me... I thought to myself.
"Don't let her get to you, she's really protective. It's not that she's bossy, She just cares about us. We've had other people show up and rat us out with the school. That's why she's not really sure about you." Fang told me, I nodded and he playfully punched my sholder, "Come on, Let's get you something to eat." He said, I followed him into the kitchen.

"Whoa!" Gazzy cheered, staring at all the food Iggy had made, Iggy was the best cook like, ever. I sipped my smoothie Fang made for me, Max just stared at me from across the table, she was slowly eating while I was litterally swollowing it whole. Angel giggled when Gazzy put an orange in his mouth and smiled. Iggy ate his eggs and ham.
"So, Kat was it? Have we met before?" Iggy asked.
"I'm not sure Iggy. I don't remeber much." I said honestly, All I remeber was the fear... I thought, Angel looked at me and tapped my arm, I looked at her.
"Don't worry you're safe!" She laughed, I stared at her. "Max will take care of you!" She laughed, I smiled nervously and looked at Max. Max smiled at me and I could see that she didn't seem so harsh anymore.
"Wasn't there six of you?" I asked, Max looked around.
"Yeah where's Nudge?" She asked, Nudge came running down the stairs.
"Go go go!" She cried, almost ripping the balcony door off it's hinges and flew out of it. I looked up the stairs to see Ari and a few more Erasers, Instantly bolting up. Fang and Max were already heading twards the door with Angel and Gazzy.
"Move it Iggy!" Max screamed. Iggy followed the sound of her voice to the balcony and they all flew off. I stared at Ari with huge eyes, they had all surrounded me.
"Go after them, I want alone time with my close friend, right Kat?" He chuckled, they all got up and flew out of the building, Wings... I thought, Ari stood infront of me, backing me up to the wall.
"Ahh. Kat, Kat. You were pretty clever to run away, but we need you back. We will get you one way or another, Oh wait, I got you. They ditched you, They aren't coming back for you. Why even bother following them?" Ari asked, tears filled my eyes, he was probably right.
"Duck Kat!" I heard a voice scream, I instantly listened and ducked, Ari flew foward over my head and over the counter, he got up grumbling.
"Go quick!" Fang yelled, I ran to the window and leaped out, 3 seconds later Fang flew out and grabbed me, Flying faster, Everything sped past us, and I closed my eyes. When I re-opened my eyes everything had stopped moving and we were standing infront of the flock. I sighed and Nudge layed on her back.
"That was close." She mumbled, speaking everyone's thoughts.
We all nodded in agreement.
