Chapter 25- An Unexpected Visitor and A Bold Decision

My day with María yesterday went great, but it is a shame she had to go. The only thing that wasn't good was my fight with Pablo. I want to apologize so bad, but he started it. I miss María so much and seeing her was so nice, she is not a guilty conscience.

"Good Morning my love."

"Good Morning husband to be."

"Do you want to talk about yesterday?"

"No" I replied

We went downstairs and started to eat when there was a knock at the door. I got up to answer it and before I had the chance to even slam the door in his face, Pablo walked in.

"I just came to apologize!"

"Okay then..."

"I'm sorry that I was so rude, but what you are doing is wrong, marrying German..."

"So what, my husband will be my brother-in-law, my babies will be my nieces and nephews, German and I will be there parents and their aunt and uncle and their sister will be their cousin. It would always have been weird, but I wouldn't have it any other way."

"Exactly what I mean! It is mental!"

"You know what I can't believe you!" I stormed out of the front door in anger. A few seconds later I knocked at the door and Pablo answered it.

"It's my house you get out!"

He stormed out. But a minute later there was another knock at the door. I answered it.

"Pablo?"

"I will go in a minute, but just one question. When you said yesterday that you were going to try and show that I mean something to you, what were you intending to do?"

"Well, this was German's idea, but if we had a boy, we were going to name him after you, to show that I really care for you, and so does my family. But that doesn't matter now."

"Yes it does, because after seeing how much I upset you, this really is my apology. I am so sorry Angie and I would like to ask if you will let me give you away at your wedding. That way, I can promise myself that I will hand you over to German and not chase you anymore, because I can see that German is who really makes you happy, and that makes me happy. Even if I never find anyone I love as much as you, I will be happy seeing you with your true family."

"Oh, Pablo, of course you can! My dad can't, and I would love you to!"

"Hey, you two, I have an idea." German walked in and said to both of us. "Why don't we get married next weekend, that way no one can change their mind, and we can have a small family wedding, along with probably the entire Studio as Vilu has already invited everyone!"

"I think that's a great idea, Angie?"

"Let's do it!"
