Chapter 19- A Kiss Can Fix Everything

"Angie, Angie? Are you okay?"

I heard as I slowly opened my eyes, realising that I was curled up in a ball on the bed crying my eyes out. I looked up too see German staring down at me with a concerned expression.

"Angie, are you okay? Were you dreaming bout Pablo? What happened yesterday?"

"I- I don't know. Pablo said that he wished I had never met you and Vilu and that he doesn't want to be my friend because he can't see me with another man. He also said that I don't have time for him anymore. I do try to make time, but everyting is just so hectic right now with organizing the wedding and with our babies. Oh my God! I'm not making time for him, I don't blame him for being so mad! I just -"

German interrupted me by placing his lips on mine and passionately kissing me. As our lips interlocked I felt fireworks gong off around us. When it finally ended German said to me

"Well I would be the same, but he will get over it. He is a sensible man. And if he truly loves you, he will let you be happy. You know the saying, 'If you love someone, let them go'. And although you will not go back to marry him, you will go back to eachother as best friends. I remember when I first met María, you two were best friends then, all those years ago, dancing together. Don't let me come between you."

I hugged him.

"I love you so much. You always know just how to cheer me up! That is why I chose you! But I miss Pablo."

"You know what, I have an idea to show Pablo just how much he means to you and all of us as a family-"

He was cut off by the sound of a loud bang downstairs! We went down silently and just stood there gaping at the sight before us.....
