Doyoung pedaled as they reached to the bench. He halted as Hye Jin carefully went down the bicycle.

She sat on the bench while Doyoung parked the bike beside the tree. He then sat beside Hye Jin.

"This place is wonderful, Doyoung-ah. I like it here". Hye Jin said.

"I'm glad you like it. This villa's so important to me. Every time I have problems, I would go here by myself. There were a lot of memories here, I almost spent my childhood here. That is why I love going back to this place". He said.

Hye Jin smiled. This place was truly special for Doyoung.

But, she was still wondering what was bothering her best friend.

"You said, you would go here every time you have problems. Can you tell me what it is?". Hye Jin said.

Doyoung sighed. He thought that it might be better for him to spill out his problem. He trusted her.

"I was absent for two days because I ran away from home. My dad and I had a fight that night when the candidate list was posted. He was disappointed at me. I just don't get him". Doyoung explained.

He then continued. "You know how my dad's like, he always wanted me to be the best and he always has high expectations for me. He wanted me to be the person he wants me to be, but I can't. I'm so tired to please him, I'm so tired to be his son". Doyoung said as he looked down.

He was trying to hold back his tears. Hye Jin could feel how her best friend was so down.

She then gently patted his back to comfort him.

"Don't say that, Doyoung-ah. No matter what happens, he is still your father and you will always be his son. Our parents wants the best for us because they love us". Hye Jin said.

She continued. "Sometimes we couldn't understand them, but in the end we should still respect them. We should never take that away because we owe our life to them. So, if I were you, I would go home and apologize to him. There's no point in running away, Doyoung-ah".

Doyoung knew he was wrong and Hye Jin was right. "I know, I was truly wrong". He replied as he sighed.

Hye Jin looked at him and she could see that he was regretting what he had done to his father.

Doyoung was staring from afar, probably thinking.

Hye Jin averted her gaze from him and began to look from afar as well.

Then suddenly, Doyoung placed his head on Hye Jin's shoulder. "Thank you, Hye Jin-ah. I don't know what I would do without you, you're a great friend". He muttered.

Hye Jin could feel her heart thumping with Doyoung so close. She just smiled as she gently patted his head.

"You're always welcome. Hey, what are friends for". She said.

"Now, it's your turn. Will you tell me your problem? You've been very busy lately, that I don't know what's going on in your life. Plus, we haven't been hanging out together lately as well". Doyoung said, with his head still leaning on her shoulder.

Hye Jin took a deep breath and spoke.

"Young Ji and Eunji have been bugging me these past few days. That day, Young Ji put a sleeping pill in my drink, and that was why I passed out".

Doyoung raised his head as he was shocked that Young Ji would do such thing.

"Now she kept on bugging me, saying that I'm an ugly geek and a flirt, trying to flirt Johnny". Hye Jin said as tears were running down from her eyes.
