Mother love

"Come in Rachel" Beckett said inviting Mcord in

Mcord take a step inside the loft and sees Castle with a baby in his lap and Alexis on her phone

"Hi" Alexis and Castle said at the same time

"Take a sit" Said Kate

Mcord sat next to Alexis but she looked at Castle where now Beckett was sat next

"Is that baby..." Mcord said

"Yes, she's our daughter" Kate said

"No way, can I take her?" Mcord asked

"sure" Castle said "Oh this is Alexis, my daughter" Castle said

"Your daughter?!" Mcord asked

"yup she's not my daughter, do I have face to have a daughter with 20 years old??!" Beckett said joking

Mcord looked at Alexis

"No you don't" She said looking at Beckett "but you always will be my only mother" She said Hugging her Beckett

"She's adorable" Mcord said looking at Castle

"I know" Castle confirmed and Mcord gave him a little smile.

"So lets go dinner?" Alexis asked

Mcord gave Stana to Castle and he put her in her baby baby chair in the table

"So do you have family here?" Alexis asked Mcord

"My father lived here in New York but my mother passed away last year"

"Im so sorry" Alexis said

"Dont worry" And she sent Alexis a smile

"Im sorry for ask but what happened to your mother? your ex wife Castle?" Mcord asked Alexis and Castle

"oh dont worry she's not dead" Castle said "How I wish she was" He whispered and Beckett was the only one listening to that.

"So what happen? you guys just divorced?" Mcord asked again

"Kinda of, she wasn't really around when we were married, she just wanted to spent money on shopping and she didn't cared about Alexis"

"And now I know hows the feeling of having a mother around" Alexis said looking at Kate

After eating and talk for a long time it was almost midnight. Stana was already sleeping ad JB and Martha hadn't arrived yet.

One minute to midnight, Castle stand up from the table where they've been talking for hours and looked at his watch.

"in 3...2...1" he countdown and Beckett et it what e was doing

"Happy birthday Alexis" Beckett said hugging her stepdaughter

"thank's mom"

"Heyy?!"

"What?" Alexis asked

Castke looked at Beckett

"I was suppost to be the first one giving the 'happy birthday' and you ruined it" he said with puppy eyes

Beckett laugh and went next to him and kissed him

"you look so cute together" Mcord said

"I know" Castle said and Beckett sent him THE look

Then, Astle run next where his daughter was sat, took her in bridal style and start spinning her around

"My little daughter is turning 21" He said as he spined her

Alexis couldn't stop laughing

"You have a beautiful family Beckett" Mcord said

"Thank's. I don't know what would I be without them" Kate said

"Ok Castle I think its time you to stop spinning her around, she just finish eat" Beckett said

"And it's time for the presents" Castle said

"You look more excited then your daughter" said Mcord

"So you want to be the first giving the present??" Beckettasked Castle

"I do" he said and just ran to his room to get her daughter's present

He came back with a small box in his hands, they were now sitting on the couch

Alexis opened her present and it was the brand new Iphone 6

"Omg dad! thanks" Alexis scream jumping to her father

"ok, ok, But I think there's someone else who hae a present for you" Castle said looking at Beckett

"I'll go get it" Beckett said and when she came back she didn't had any box or any bag with her

"Where is it?" Castle asked confused

Beckett sat next to Alexis and looked deep in her eyes, she takes her hand on hers and put something in Alexis hand, the girl looked at her hand and saw a small silver necklace with an piece that was a ancore.

"It was a necklace I bought in my 21st anniversary" Beckett said

Alexis had no words

"Listen Alexis, I know that wasn't what you were expeting but..." She was cut by Alexis

"It's perfect" Alexis said and everyone was looking at her

Alexis POV

Everyone was looking at me, I really needed to cry, but I just tried to contained it for me, I hate cry in front of my father, and now especially my mom, I think Agent Mcord noticed I was about to explode so she just said

"I better go now, its getting late" and she sent me a friendly look. My dad guide her to the door and them come back next to us

Do you know that moments when you're really trying not to cry and when someone ask if you're ok you just explode?? Well it happened that moment

"Are you ok, Alexis?" My dad asked

I explode and I could see confused faes on my parents.

I'll go get you a glass of water" Kate said

after I finish drink the water I was ready to talk

"Whats on your mind Alexis? what is it about?" Beckett asked

"Do you guys remember when Mcord asked about my mother and then I said my real mither was you??" Alexis started and looked at Kate

"Yes, and then"

"When we gave me your necklace, it makes me feel that my mother didn't really cared about me, how I wish I had this feeling I had with you but with my real mom, from you, I can feel affect, I can feel when you're worried, Im not going to said I wanted to feel this from My mother, the real one, because that was a lie, what I am going to say is that how I wish you were my real mother, so then I could feel all this since I were a little girl" And she finished

Beckett was crying really hard, when I looked at her I was afraid of what she was going to say, but she surprised me, she hugged me really tight and said

"Its really important to me know this Alexis, you know I never wanted to replace anyone in your life, but now now I can tell you this, well I know its weird but off all the 'teenage' girls I've met before your ather and I get together, I had a different connection with you, and with the time that connection had been growing really fast, and I finally understood what I feel for you right now, I feel the same way I love Stana, Its like you were my daughter for a long time, its like I known you for decades, I can assure you you were like my first daughter, its like I have two daughters now"

Castle had a tear on his cheek.

Alexis and Beckett were hugging and he wanted to be part of that hugg, so he just putted his arms around the girls he loves most.

A/N so the last 2 chapters have been really emotional, and as I promise you I will do a flashback chapter that will be the next one. hope you all liked this chapter, I wilm put action right after I finish the next chapter. Please vote and comment :)
