New Case

Castle, Beckett, Ryan, Esposito, Mcord and Tom went to the crime scene by walking, it wasnt that far from the precint. While walking they talked and laughed, well Tom was already part of the group, he was a really social person.

When they arrived at the crine scene, there was a car burning but the firemans were already there, but that car wasnt the thing that called beckett's attention, there was a officer with a girl next to him and the girl was crying. Beckett started walking in the girl's direction amd Castle followed her even without knowing where she was going. As they got closer to the girl, they could see she have a school bag in her hand and was pointing to the car, that didnt made any sense on Beckett's head

"Hey, why are you crying?" Beckett asked the little girl

The officer next ti her answer for the girl

"Her parents were inside that car, she saw the car exploding"

"So it was an explosion" Castle said

Beckett was now on her knees, she looked again at the girl and asked

"What's your name swettie?"

"Maddy" She answer betwen tears

"Look at me, Im going to investigate this, and I'll put the bad guys on jail, I promise." Beckett said

"I want to go home" Maddy said

Castle looked at the officer and said to him "take her to the nearest familiar she have"

"Thats the problem, the only family she had were her parents, she family now"

"Castle lets take her to the precint, she cant be here" Beckett said

"Im going to tell the others we're going"

In their way to the precint the girl didn't stopped crying for even a second, Beckett gave her hand to make her feel comfortable

In the precint

Beckett sat on her desk and the Castle gave his chair to the girl, it must be a horrible feeling to see your own parents being murder

"How old are you Maddy?" Castle asked her

"10"

Beckett sent Castle a look saying 'poor girl'

"Maddy, Im sorry for asked this but what were you doing when the car explode?" beckett asked

"I forgot my pencil case on my house, my parents were at the car waiting for me and when I opened the building door, I just saw the car exploding, and then a guy ran in front of me and Said 'Say godbye to your family' and then I ran to a payphone and called 911" Maddy explained

"Wait, can you descrie that man?" Castle asked

"Not really but The only thing I can say about him is that he was a black person (an: I'm not racist)" the girl said

"we need to get a hand on all the cameras in that area" Beckett said

"Meanwhile, what are we going to do with her?" Castle asked beckett

"Stay here for a moment sweetheart , we're coming back in two minutes" Beckett said and pulled Castle by his arm into the break room

"Castle she lost her parents a hpur ago and she dont have any family" Beckett said

Castle sat in a chair and took his hands to his head

"What is it Castle?" Eckett asked him

"I cant imagine what she's feeling right now, we need to talk with Gates"
