Confrontation

He boarded the flight. Throughout his journey he was worried for his wife. He was scared about Sweety. He was getting restless.

" When the plane will land. "

The plane landed at the time it was supposed to. He checked out and called Guna.

" I will pick you. Don't leave from there. "

After 15 minutes Guna arrived in a car. Prabhas entered. They left.

" Guna, we are going to your house. Aren't we? "

" No Prabhas. "

" Then? "

" Hospital "

" Hospital? Wh..Why? Sweety? Is she fine? "

" Prabhas, she's not. Why weren't you receiving her calls. Do you realise what trauma  she was going through? She lost her baby inside her womb. That too in the 7th month. She needed you Prabhas. "

His eyes were filled with tears.

" Guna, please don't play riddles. I'm in stress for hours. Where's Sweety? "

" Prabhas, she is..."

" She is? "

" She is fine Prabhas. She tried to take her life. She had overdose of sleeping pills"

" Fortunately we noticed and  admitted her to the hospital at the right time. "

" How can Sweety do such an immature activity. "

" She was really in depression.  She cried every night, didn't eat properly and she lost all the hopes with life when you sent her those divorce papers. "

" I hadnt send them."

" I know and I tried making her understand. "

The car reached the hospital. Guna showed him the room where she was admitted and left.

He entered the room to find a lifeless Anushka was lying on the bed. Her face was pale and lips dried up. She got slight dark circles under her eyes. She did looked weak. Her eyes were closed.

He went near her and sat on a stool. He caressed her hair and pecked her forehead. She opened her eyes slowly and looked at him.

" Pabsu " she said as she smiled faintly.

She tried to get up and hug him but he made her lay back and hugged her in that position.

" I'm here Sweety. "

" Please don't leave me Pabsu. I promise I'll again get pregnant and give birth to your baby. "

" Shhh.. I don't want anything from you. Only you and you. "

" I know I have disappointed you. I couldn't give you your baby. "

" Shut up.. We will have a baby soon. Let us enjoy our married life for a little more time. Our baby has just given us a break. After it comes, our baby won't let us breath. We have to run after him all the time. So baby, I want you to give me more attention as of now. Okay? " he said caressing her hair.

She took the envelope and her eyes grew wide.

" Pabsu, divorce papers? "

" What divorce papers? You're seeing only divorce papers everywhere. Open the envelope first. "

" It will take time for me to come out of the shock you gave me two days back. "

" I didn't give. Now open it. "

She opened the envelope and gave him a confused look.

" Ticket to Hong Kong? Pabsu, you are sending me away from you right. "

" Damn, are you really dumb or acting to be one? There are two tickets. And packing both our stuff. Can you see that baby? "
