Today I really wasn't up for going to church today. I end up coming home late last night fooling with Cornell, Sean, and Erika.
My voice was horse plus on top of that I had to sing today. I went on and got up making my way into the bathroom to take a shower.
"As you can see we running late" Erika come walking in the room. I forgot she stay the night at my place, she was already fully dress.
"You could've woke me up".
"Yeah but you was sleeping so peacefully I didn't want to disturb you".
This girl here, half of the time I wonder why did I even bother getting with her.
"I'll be downstairs making you some hot tea" Erika left out the room then I went on and got in the shower.

While Elijah was taking his shower I was getting his tea ready so he'll be able to sing today.
As I went to grab a coffee mug someone was ringing the doorbell non-stop.
"Yo E hurry up and open the door" rolling my eyes it was nobody by Cornell.
Opening up the door I shot him a glare as he kept on pressing the bell.
"Can you stop, you see the door is open".
"Child it's too early to be having an nasty attitude with me. I'm surprise you're up, where EJ at"? He made his way in the house going towards the kitchen.
Before I could speak Elijah come walking down the stairs with his robe on.

"Why you not dress"? I ask.
"Dude coming down stairs looking like somebody momma" Cornell said while eating on a apple.
"I really don't feel good so I ain't going".
"Do you want me to stay here with you then cause I can".
"Nah gone ahead I'll be fine" he peck my forehead then went over to talk to Cornell.
I wish he would've said this before I made this tea, I could've been gone already.
"Okay well I'm about to go, your tea is on the stove make sure you drink it. Once I get out of church I'll come by".
"Don't even" Cornell jump in.
"Oh shut up, you need to go" I went over to give Elijah a hug then I nudge Cornell.
Walking out the door I pull my keys out and phone getting ready to call my mom letting her know I was on my way.

"Where's Elijah"? I ask Erika. Church was over and I haven't seen him show up, normally he would call me and let me know something.
"He's not feeling well" she said as she continue to count the money since she's the secretary over the offering.
"That's not like him to not call me".
"Don't worry pastor, after this I told him that I'll stop by once I leave here" Erika start putting the money in the envelope then lick the fold. The way her tongue was gliding against it had did something to me.
I took in her appearance on what she was wearing which was a tight black dress that was above her knee. I love to see women in heels especially if they feet are done. If she wasn't talking to my son I would've been got with her.
"Erika after you go see my son do you mind if you would meet me back at my place, I need you to run some copies of the programs for the pastor and wife anniversary since Dianna won't be coming home until later on tonight".
"Sure no problem" she gave me the envelope then grab her purse turing around to walk out my office. I couldn't help but to stare, oh yeah I got to see what she's about.
