Chapter Ten - Big Day (Pt. 2)

Y/N's P.O.V.

Despite all of the traffic and people in Los Angeles, we managed to arrive at Beverly Center Shopping Mall in roughly twenty-five minutes.

Everyone was excited, our large group talking to each other, laughing, and making jokes the entire ride. Several times, I looked in the mirror, spotting Namjoon who seemed quiet compared to everyone else.

"Wow, this place is huge!" Jungkook shouted, looking out of the window.

He was definitely right. By the looks of it, the mall was at least three stories high. Outside, their were several fountains and flower beds. Huge columns ran up the entrances to the building, only adding to the beauty of it all. Countless people milled about, going in and out of the stores, lugging shopping bags with them. Everyone in our van had their attention glued to the building.

"Woah! This place looks so cool!" Hoseok exclaimed.

"I can't wait to go inside!" Mariana said beside him.

"I'm going to buy a million things!" Vanessa squealed.

"Same here!" Taehyung laughed.

"We can't go and blow all of our money." Andrea said, laughing.

More comments were made about the huge building, where we'd go, and what we'd buy while Seokjin searched for a place to park. All of the positivity going on around me made me feel amazing.

"Wow... Where should we go first?" I asked, looking around the building once we were inside. There was so much to see, so much to do.

"Ooh, I know! We could go-"

"Where ever the girls want to go." Namjoon cut Jungkook off in the middle of his outburst, then shot me a smile, showing off his dimples.

I returned a smile, my heart melting at the sight of his attractive smile.

"I'm honestly okay with anything... How about you all?" I asked, turning to my friends.

"Wow, look at these shirts!" Mariana nearly shouted, admiring some clothes in a window display. I had to remind her to lower her voice after I noticed she earned some looks of confusion by the people around us.

"I guess it'll be this store first!" Hoseok smiled, standing next to Mariana.

All twelve of us entered the large clothing store. Us four girls went about, looking at clothes and showing them to each other, while the guys followed us and watched.

"Vanessa, this shirt would look good on you!" Andrea held up a cute shirt to Vanessa.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Taehyung standing behind Vanessa. He was smirking, seeming to agree with Mariana. I laughed as I imagined myself telling Vanessa about it later and her freaking out.

Everyone had made it to a new section of the store, each wandering off a little to look at what they wanted. Going off by myself, I came to a glass display, holding dozens of pieces of jewelry. It all shone so beautifully, and I couldn't help but admire it.
