Danielle pov.
Everyday Ethan would come in and talk to me. Grayson partially would also visit. We would talk about the most random things ever. Just to take my mind off of what's going on.
Although that would be impossible. Its all I can think about. I'm dying. I need a miracle. It would take days, months, years for them to find a cure for cancer.
I still appreciate them coming in. I love them. They're the ones who stood by me throughout everything. I'm more than ever grateful.
"Good morning hun" I hear the nurse say as she checks my hospital needs.
"Good morning" I say with a slight smile. I fix the beanie on my head. My head felt pretty weird. The shaving made it feel like small calming pricks. The shaving of my hair was a new feeling. It felt nice.
"So today we'll continue with your chemo and today's the day you'll go home" she says smiling. I finally get to get out of this place. The people are wonderful. Don't get me wrong. I just don't like the feeling of being in a hospital for so long.
So all I need is my chemo and im out of here. I wonder how much school work I need to get done.

"Do you want anything ?" I heard Ethan say as we walked through a very calm target. I brought out my money.
"I'm just going to get some chapstick" I said licking my lips. My lips are getting dry. I hate how for one day i don't put chapstick my lips get all crusty. Its a struggle for me.
"Its okay I'll pay" Grayson comes over taking the chapstick i had in my hands away from my grasp.
"Grayson I could pay for myself" I said as he scanned the item in the self check out.
"Yes I know" he said giving me my chapstick. I took it from him patting his shoulder. All of a sudden a screaming Ethan comes over.
"Wait ! I want chips !"

"I'm glad I'm back" I said as they dropped me off at my aunts. It's so weird that she's becoming my guardian. Not that it's bad. It's just very unexpected. In a way it's somewhat nice. Maybe I can talk to her about my mom.
Oh how much I miss both my mom and dad. They were the people that supported me when no one else did. I love them with all my heart. I just wish they were here with me right now.
"Want some help ?" Ethan asked as i nodded.
"Please ?" I asked grabbing a suitcase with a bit of a struggle. I felt weaker than usual and i really don't like it.
"Yea of course" he said grabbing my suitcase like nothing. I let out a light sigh and walked to the door and knocked.
A few seconds went by and we were met by my moms sister.
"Uh hi" I said awkwardly. She smiled a bit and opened the door open for us to come in.
"What's mine is yours mija" she said making me smile a bit. She was a sweet person just like my mom. I can see how their related.
"Oh your room will be upstairs to the right. You guys can go on up" she said as I nodded and let Ethan go first.
We went to the room which was pretty big and nice. It has a nice view of the city which i enjoyed very much.
"Thanks" I said as he set the suitcase on the bed- well my bed.
"It's nice" he says as i nod. I had a closet and my own bathroom which was also very nice.
"Well Grayson is waiting" I said as it got awkward and I did not like that.
"Oh yeah uh" he said fiddling with his fingers. I looked up to him and he came closer.
"Danielle... why?" He ask. I scrunch my brows together. What is he going on about.
"Why do i feel this way" he whispered closing his eyes slowly running and hand through his hair.
"I don't know what your talking about eth" I said back softly. He was confusing me.
"Uh danielle... fuck it" he said eagerly as he came to me and held my face in his hands and put his lips on mine.
