Kidnapped By the Gang Leader

**Chapter 10**

Dakota's POV

I walk down a hall, a hall I didn't know existed in this house. Unlike the hallway on the second floor, this one only has two doors. I decide to go toward the door on the left.

I probably shouldn't be snooping around like this but could you really blame me? I continue walking til I stop right in front of the door. Turning the door knob, I push the door open, only to be greeted by a bunch of books. It's a Study room.

I walk in mesmerized by how modern and clean the room looked. I'm not one for reading, that would be Udria but I look the set up. I walk over to the book shelves and scan them.

Harry Potter, Twilight, Fifty Shades of Grey and more. They literally have collections and series of all types of books in here. I'd definitely have to bring Udria here, she'd fall in love.

"Do you like to read?" The voice startles me and I jump. The person starts laughing and I turn around. Sebastian.

"Don't do that! Jeez." He continues laughing and I roll my eyes. After about 2 minutes, he catches his breath. I stand there glaring at him. He stops laughing and looks at me with a smile on his face.

My face softens at the sigh in front of me. Is it bad that I find him so attracted and cute and sexy.....and you get the point. I try not to bite my lip and bite the inside of my cheek instead.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." He steps in the room, walking toward one of the shelves. "Why are you in here by yourself?"

"I was just wandering around and found a hallway I didn't know existed. This is a nice Study room you've got here." I respond.

"Yeah it's not for me. Carter built it for Victoria, she loves to read."

"That's cool. Udria loves to read too. I'll bring her down here some time." It's a moment of silence for a second but I break it. "Tell me something about yourself, Sebastian."

He turns and looks at me with his eyebrows furrowed together.

"Why would you want to know about me?" He questions. He walks over to the lounge chair by me.

"Because I want to get to know the guy I'm living with."

Udria's POV

I watch as Dakota takes a seat in the lounge chair across from Sebastian as they talk. Since Dakota's been on bed rest and healing, Sebastian has been the one to always check up on her more than anyone else.

Yesterday as I was coming out of my room, I saw him pulling the blanket over her as she slept. He sat there for a moment watching her with a smile on his face. Maybe he see's something in her.

I don't want to ease drop on their conversation so I make my way back toward the kitchen. It's Monday evening and I'm officially recovering from a fever. Nicholae went out of town to visit family and won't be back until Thursday so Owen and the girls have been checkin up on me.

Since Nicholae left and I've been sick, Owen had been ordering takeout since no one in the house knows how to cook. That is until I scolded his ass and told him to actually try and cook something.
