"I know, but what if things get out of hand? They're not here and we don't know where they are..."

Sebastian's POV

"Salted or Sweet?"

"Sweet!" She responds.

I grab the pack of popcorn and throw it into the microwave. Alexander broke the Popcorn maker this morning. How? I have no idea.

I walk into the living room where Dakota sits on the couch, finding a movie to watch. The kids are still in the theater room with the girls so we decided to stay out here.

"Let's watch Pacific Rim?" She turns to me waiting for an answer. I take a seat next to her and she places her legs across mine as she lays back.

"Sure. It doesn't matter which movie we watch." I respond not really caring. She shrugs and presses play.

Every year, The Black family throws a Dinner Party which consists of family and close friends. The dinner is Saturday night and every year, Owen and I never have a date. We haven't seen anyone since our last relationships.

The didn't end well for neither of us and I don't want to relive it. But this year, I'm going to have a date and I want it to be Dakota. There's no doubt Owen is going to take Udria as his. Everyone in the house knows that.

"Dakota, There's this event coming up and I was wondering if-" I'm cut short when the front door busts open.

Dakota and I turn, facing the door to see a very angry Udria storming in. Not long after, Owen is trailing behind her.

"Udria can you stop and listen to me!" He shouts causing her to stop dead in her tracks. She turns around and stares at him.

"You said everything in the car so what the fuck am I listening for?!" I look at Dakota and she looks at me. We quickly get up and make our way toward them.

"Um guys what's going on?" I ask

"Stay out of it, Seb."

"Oooh noo. He won't. You're bestfriend kissed me and then basically shouted at me right after. His bipolar ass has some things he needs to think about."

He kissed her? YES! I knew this was going to happen sooner or later. But of course, Owen had to kill it.

"I said I was sorry, Udria." Owen sighs and rubs his hair through his hair.

"Shove those words up your ass!" She turns on her heels and run straight up the stairs. Owen simply just walks away toward his office.

"Well that was something." Dakota says.

Udria's POV (in the car back)

There's nothing but anger and tension in the atmosphere. The car ride is silent but it's better that way.

I get it, he has anger issues but doesn't give him the right to explode on me for no reason, Especially when I did nothing wrong.
