|Yes, Paul will play James from twilight but a younger version.|
***********
The red eyed vampire started circling her. "Beautiful, smart and fearless. Hmm. I've never run into a human like you."
Roslyn meets his gaze once he's standing in front of her again. "I've run into those like you but without your eyes."
He smiled. "Why does that not surprise me?"
She shrugged.
He then holds his hand out toward her. "James Bernard."
Roslyn stated at his hand. She knew she shouldn't take it. Everything in her was telling her not to but there was this small feeling, scratching at the back of her head, telling her to give him a chance. A chance to do what? She didn't know but she would figure it out.
Without a second thought, she took his hand, ignoring how cold it was. "Roslyn Hale."
James smiled at her and gently squeezed her hand. He didn't know why he suddenly felt the need to want to protect her instead of killing her the way he intended to. He was going to sink his teeth into her throat and drain her of every delicious drop of her blood. Her blood was so strong that he smelled her from all the way up into the mountains. The moment he got a whiff of her blood, he was off down the mountain in search for who ever the smell belonged to.
A beautiful, smart and fearless young teenager was now what he expected to find.
"Roslyn Hale, huh? Is it alright if I call you Lynn?" he questioned.
Roslyn nodded. "It's fine."
He smiled. "Great."
"So, you're not going to kill me?" she questioned.
He chuckled. "No, I'm not. I can't. And for some reason, I don't know why."
"Well, then I guess I should be grateful that you can't." she said.
He laughed. "So, you never answered my question."
"The one about what I'm doing out here alone?"
He nodded.
"Well, I was busy wonder if I was going to die today or not."
"Oh." was all he said.
"I like being alone. Walking, particularly through secluded areas like the woods, helps me to clear my head," she stated truthfully. "I have a lot on my mind."
James folds his arms over his chest. "And what does a human, as young as you are, have to think about so much?"
Roslyn ignored his question. "Why do you say that?"
