Is this real life?

Was my boss really coming on to me?

I feel too shocked to speak, only focused on my tingling skin that he touched.

"My intent is not to alarm you." He confesses, lightening his grip on my waist.

No! Say something!

"I hardly know you." I blurt. Although that is true, i completely ruined the moment.

All I know is that he's my boss, he's handsome, and he's probably a psychopath.

He still was the one who had affairs with his staff, treated the patients awfully, and incriminated Louis wrongfully.

He's a bad man, and I cannot degrade myself by affiliating with him and giving him what he 'desires'.

Even though i match his feelings, I must not engage.

I couldnt do that to Harry.

"But I know so much about you," He murmurs, melting me in his arms, "What would you like to know about me?"

For starters, why do you have women in cages downstairs?

"I would like to know what you hide downstairs." I firmly state, demanding rather than asking.

His hands pauses as if to recollect themselves, and leave my waist.

"Look at me." Zayn orders, making me slowly turn around to face him.

He doesn't look pleased, and I'm afraid I angered him.

"What happens downstairs does not concern you," He denounced and began to warn me, "And you should hope it never does, that level is for the people who do not listen."

Lisa didn't listen to you when she got pregnant? How does that make sense?

"I see." I  say softly, looking down at the ground.

"Any other questions before you make your way out?" He droned, obviously done with our lesson.

I wish It would've gone better...

Maybe I can change his mind!

"What bone in the human body do you find the most interesting?" I shyly ask.

I sold him my best 'cute' face: wide eyes, a small smile, and raised eye brows.

He didn't buy it.

"The malleus. I hope you enjoyed your lesson this morning, good day." He bids me, beginning to turn back to his desk.

"Whats a malleus?" I ask, trying to regain his attention.

He can be so dramatic..

"A bone." He answers, sitting back down in his seat and grabbing some papers.

"Where is it located?" I press, hoping to squeeze in more time with him.

"Inner ear."

"Are there any other bones in the ear?"

"The incus and stapes." He responds, looking back up at me.

Yes! I don't think he realizes what I'm trying to do, and I'm grateful.

"What are the bones of the leg?" I continue my line of questions, not only to stall him but also to learn.

"The femur, tibia and fibula. Or the thigh and shin." He informs, keeping his eyes on me.
