After the date Liam took poppy back to her apartment, they stood outside her door and smiled at each other
"Tonight was great."
She nodded and smiled
"Yeah it was"
"I really like you."
She blushed and looked down
"I really like you too."
He smiled and grabbed her waist, he pulled her in closer and kissed her gently, she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him
After a minute they pulled away, he smiled and bit his lip
"I'll see you next time baby."
She nodded and smiled as he walked away, she turned and unlocked her door, she flicked the light on and walked to the bathroom, she brushed her teeth and tied her hair up
She walked back to her room and gasped
"Luke, what are you doing here?"
"I wanted to say goodbye"
"Where are you going?"
"To Italy, to get married."
She looked down and sighed
"Bye then."
"Don't be mad."
"Why shouldn't I be mad? You fucked me over! You said we could try again. And the next fucking thing I know you're getting married."
"I'm sorry"
"No, you're not. Now leave."
He went to speak again but sighed and left the apartment, she sat on her bed and sobbed quietly
The next morning when she woke up she got ready, did her makeup and hair, she grabbed her phone and left straight for college
Once she arrived she went straight to Liam's class, she smiled and stood at the doorway
"Hey."
"Hey baby."
She walked up to him and wrapped her arms around his neck
"I missed you."
"I seen you last night"
He chuckled and smiled at her
"I know we've only known each other two days, but I see a future with you, I really do. And I was wondering if it's not too soon, would you perhaps be my girlfriend?"
