The scythe of quakes

The Nunchucks of lightening

The Shurikens of ice

And the sword of fire

The weapons were so powerful that no one could handle all of their powers at once. when the first Spinjitzu master passed, her daughters swore to protect them, but the eldest was consumed by darkness, and wanted to possess them.

A battle between the sisters broke out and the oldest as struck down and banished to the underworld.

Peace returned, and the younger sister hid the weapons, but knowing her sister's ambition for power, she placed a guardian to protect them, and in fear of her own demise, a map for a honest man to hide.

That man,though he did not know it, would later have a daughter that would become a ninja, and join in the battle between light and darkness
