Look at him.

The lights of your hometown
glowing in the dark
of a nearly perfect winternight.
While stars are gazing
at your beautiful shilouettes
beneath the nightsky.

Look at his eyes.
They are holding the moons reflection.
Look at the way he smiles at you,
while you are smiling so real
you never thought you were able to.

Remember how your hands touch,
how your fingers seem to fit together perfectly,
like they are supposed to hold eachother.

Remember this moment,
this almost perfect moment.

Wich would be perfect if only
the night would never end.
If autumn never turned into the shades
of a freezing winter.

If moments never turned into memories.

But maybe;
because moments like this don't last,
they are the most beautiful.
