Who gets the light?

I am sorry
but I have not enough light
for both of us anymore.

There is not as much left as it used to be
and darkness took up a lot of space again.

I am trying to not let in win
over all the light I still have inside of me.

But for whom
am I saving it?

Is the light that is left
for me or is it for you?
