Just ignore the part where Lex is communicating with Steppenwolf.

One night in Gotham, Barbara was in her Batgirl suit, on patrol on her own. It was a quiet night, and Batgirl was smiling. She then heard the sound of the TARDIS appearing behind her. She smiled as Dr. Woof walked behind her, then stood by her. "Hello Doctor Woof," said Batgirl as she smiled at him. "Ello Barbara," replied Dr. Woof as he replied, "how're things goin'?"

"Rather well," said Batgirl, "Lex Luthor's been arrested and sent to prison. Though, Bruce is considering the idea of transferring Mr. Luthor to Arkham Asylum for obvious reasons. Grundy, well, he's under the care of an acquaintance of Bruce's, I believe his name is Mr. John Constantine... And as for Clark and Bruce, well, Bruce explained that he collected the Kryptonite and what it can do to people like Clark, and asked for Clark to forgive him for his previous intentions, and Clark did forgive him, and asked him to keep the Kryptonite, in the case he might go berserk, Bruce will know what to do as a last resort."

"I pray he never does," said Dr. Woof. "So do I," said Batgirl, "but other than that, Bruce and Clark are getting along a bit better." Dr. Woof smiled and said, "Glad to know that some good is  coming to this earth." Batgirl smiled and took off her yellow glove, scratching Dr. Woof's ears as she said, "Thank you for everything Dr. Woof." The Canine Doctor smiled and said, "Thank you for the adventure Batgirl. I actually feel sad that I have to say goodbye and go." Batgirl smiled a little sad, but she understood. Their tender moment was abruptly ended when a familiar yet dreadfully sadistic voice said, "Well lookie what we got here!" Batgirl gasped in horror, and turned around, recognizing the man with the pale chalk white skin, the green hair, the scarlet lips, his sickly smile, and those various tattoos. How could she forget? She couldn't. It was the monster who shot and crippled her in the first place and killed Jason Todd, the Clown Prince of Crime himself, The Joker!

Dr. Woof turned around, recognizing The Joker. He immediately didn't like him. "Y-you!" Batgirl stammered in fright. Try as she might to overcome her fear of the clown, she couldn't. He did so many despicable things to her, it traumatized her. "Why hello Batgirl," said Joker, "long time no see! How long has it been now? Is that a new Batsuit? Where can I get one? I'd love to have a sleepover party with ya!" He chuckled as he got out his favorite knife. "G-get away from me!" Batgirl said in fright. "Oh Batgirl, is that anyway to talk to your favorite Uncle J?" Joker taunted, pretending to be offended, "Besides, what Harley don't know won't hurt her." Joker laughed his sadistic laugh, and Barbara was in fight or flight mode. Dr. Woof then growled and then bit Joker right in the buttocks. Joker screamed in pain as the Canine Doctor kept on biting his butt aggressively. Joker glared at him and said, "Oh, think you're so funny, huh, ya mangy mutt? I'll give ya something to laugh about!" He then stabbed Dr. Woof with his knife in the back, repeatedly taunting, "Yeah, you think that's funny, dog? Do ya? Do ya? Huh? Huh?" Dr. Woof yelped in pain as Joker stabbed him repeatedly as he stopped biting. "NOOOOO!!!!!" Batgirl screamed in terror as she then grabbed Joker's arm that was stabbing Dr. Woof, and broke his arm. Joker then started laughing. He then stopped stabbing as Batgirl then aggressively slammed him down to the ground, he landed flat on his back. He still laughed. "Stop that damn laughing!" she yelled in anger. She then raised her boot, and stamped on Joker right in the hip as hard as she could as she then heard the sound of a spine cracking. "You hear that?" she growled, "That's the sound of your spine breaking. Now you know how it feels." She then punched him constantly until his face was a bloody pulpy mess. She then stopped and glared at him. He was barely breathing. As for Dr. Woof, he was bleeding badly, whimpering. Batgirl looked at the bleeding Canine Doctor as she said in fright, "Oh my god, Dr. Woof! Oh god no, please!" She ran to him, scared of what to do. She didn't want him to die.

"Get me to Rose and the Doctor..." he weakly said. Batgirl nodded, lifted him up, and got into the TARDIS, closing the door. She set the coordinates to where The Doctor and Rose Tyler were, and pressed the button, making the TARDIS disappear from Earth 39.
