ch. 14

Jane's POV

Like I expected he was really happy and without going into to much detail the next day I was sore. Also I didn't want to get out of bed but he made me.

"Why do I have to get out of bed! You do know I love today sleep!" I was still mad that he woke me up when I was really really sleeping and dreaming the best dream ever. "And i didn't go to sleep until it was early morning thanks to you... But I'm not really complaining so yeah. Are you sure you and your father and brother are okay with me staying for a year? I can always go sooner." I asked because I didn't want to be a burden to his family.

"I'm sure you can stay for a year... Or more my family loves you especially my brother and father. You know that don't you? I hope you do. And you could never be a burden."

I walked over to him and gave him a hug and kissed his cheek. Then I said I wanted to read. I actually really did. I really like to read it's like a second well now third home for me.

My first home was in America, my second was in Qatar, and my third was the library. Well any library or place with books was good for me.

I liked to read a lot of different types of books. Like mystery, romance, werewolf, vampire, or just any fiction books available. I rarely read non fiction ,and when I do it's usually for a project that needs to be done.

In the library I saw Liam and we talked for a little while. Then he showed me a good looking book which turned out amazing and I read it. I was just getting done with it when James ran in-

" Oh... I forgot you said you wanted to read then a couple minutes earlier I remembered that Liam liked to read in here to. Then I also remembered what he knew about my life and I couldn't have him telling you nonsense."

Wait he doesn't trust his quiet little brother to be around me? This place just can't have mysteries in it for a couple days?

I mean why does everything have to have a mystery to it? Yes it gets you drawn in, but can it get you out?

"Ok. James I get it. But I really have an important question and I hope you say yes."

I really did because I was getting a little homesick here.

"Yeah sure but if it's about you wanting to have a study group with my brother than the answers no." What? He thought I had a thing for his brother? I mentally laughed in my head.

"No it's not. Although a study group would be fun" he had a look on his face like he was going to kill his brother" I'm kidding. I want to know if I can go to my house in America. To visit my family."

His face softened and then he said"sure."

I said great and that I was going to go tomorrow. Then I ran all the way to my room packed my suitcase and ran halfway across the castle and accidentally ran into the king.

He asked where I was going and I explained that I wanted to go visit my parents and I would be back in like a week or so, and I also explained I was going to sleep somewhere else so that James couldn't change my mind.

After I was done he told me I could go into the newer part of the case and he wouldnt be able to find me. He showed my to my room and said he would get me when dinner was ready so that I wouldn't get lost.

I thanked him and stayed in my room and went to my phone to text my brother and see if he could pick me up at the airport.

Not the brother that makes disasters happen but the other one Nick. He was away at college but he was home for a month or so before he started back.

Jane:hey bro. Miss me?

Nick:of course...now what do you want?

Jane: wow you care about me that much? I feel so special anyway can you pick me up at the airport late tomorrow night?

Nick: aha! I knew you wanted something. Of course I'll pick you up tomorrow night. Just text me when ya need me.

Jane:thanks bro:) seeya tomorrow. Oh and don't mention this to mom dad or Sam! Got it?

Nick:got it ok seeya bye;)

Jane:bye;)

Now all my problems are solved well most of them. Now all I have to do is get through dinner and tonight and then leave tomorrow for my journey back to America.

I can't wait till I get home and I'm hoping that Sam isn't home.

Or I was gonna have some problems. He was annoying and all of the other things I've mentioned before.

He and Nick were different in a lot of ways. Nick was like the angel and Sam was like the devil. I don't know how my parents could live with him.

I started scrolling through the internet looking at pictures of dogs they were so cute. I think they are like the cutest creatures on the planet.

I saw it was ten minutes until six which was when the dinner was going to be served and King Kaden was going show me to the dinning room.

I looked in my suitcase for a dress and found this really cute dress with white and gray stripes. And black boots that were high heels(a/n pic above)

At six Kaden knocked on my door.

As we were walking i told him he couldn't tell anyone where I was staying.

"Of course I won't tell either of them. They don't deserve to know anyway. They need some mystery in their lives."

Wow! That was easy. I opened the door and both Liam and James jaws dropped open.

I thought of Liam as a brother. I thought of James as a boyfriend/fiancé type of guy.

I walked over to my seat and waited for the waitress to come out and bring the food.
