"So, you think the new Cadmus is behind you losing your powers?" Alex leant over me and took another chip from my bowl.
"Maybe." I continued scrolling through Netflix to find a show to watch. "What's Orphan Black? It's on your list."
"Apparently it's about clones. Maggie loves it, she told me to watch it but I don't know whether I should." She handed me her ice cream bucket. "Switch?"
"But I love this one!" I whined, reluctantly handing it over. "Let's watch it." I clicked the play button, Alex and I watched intently. I was enjoying it, the confusion that the first eight minutes created. I was definitely hooked. The title card played and just as the show was starting again, a knock came from the door. I paused it and got up to see who it was. "Kal? I told you at the Fortress, I am not going back to Krypton."
"Kara, you are coming home whether you like it or not." He grabbed my arm but I pulled away.
"Kara? Who is it?" Alex said
"My cousin," I said, turning and motioning for her to get up and come help me. "Kal-El, you need to leave. I told you in the fortress that just because I am miserable and don't have my p..." It suddenly dawned on me what happened. "You took my powers!" I yelled.
"Why would you take her powers?"
"Because it gives her a reason to come back with me, to come back home!" He grabbed me again but Alex shoved him off me and stepped in front of me. "Be careful, I'm not fully in control of my powers yet. You two should watch what you do." He sped away and left the two of us standing bewildered in the doorway.
"So, great to finally meet your family."
"He'll warm up to you." I joked, trying not to think of having to go home. I ran away for a reason and although I had never told anyone, including Alex, the reason should be obvious to anyone that thought hard enough. Kal-El was part of that reason and the thought of him taking me back to Krypton made me sick to the stomach.
Alex and I made our way to the DEO, where Maggie was grinning like an idiot.
"What is that look for?" Alex demanded but Maggie stayed silent and just handed Alex a needle that had a glowing yellow liquid inside it. "Let me guess, this is supposed to get Kara's powers back?"
"We ran tests on Sam and this gave her back her powers after every time we drained her."
"She agreed to these tests?" I asked, worried about my friend, even though she had nearly killed me multiple times. When Maggie nodded and Alex just kept staring at the syringe I grabbed it out of Alex's hand and before she could say anything, I stuck it into my arm. After a few seconds, I could hear everything around me as clear as day. I had my hearing and sight back after a minute. I tried to punch the wall and it left a massive hole. "Don't tell J'onn."
"Promise..."
Two hours later, I had all of my powers. Alex and I went on missions as soon as we could, capturing multiple Aliens and putting them away. After the fourth Alien, Alex and I finally were put up against one that gave us a challenge. We were in a shipping container when the guy stormed in.
"Draaga?" I took a few steps back, realising that this guy nearly defeated Kara from Earth 38.
"I've never killed a Kryptonian." He grunted, his voice had that cliche Alien sound. I remembered what the other Kara said when she faced him.
"Your streak's about to continue!" I charged at him and sent him flying towards the wall. Alex gave me a high five and brought out the cuffs. Draaga stood and ran at me, wrapping a hand around my neck and choking me while he punched my stomach over and over.
Suddenly, a man flew in and pulled Draaga off me, throwing him high into the air and then pummeling him into the ground. I fell and started gasping, getting as much air into my lungs as possible. Alex dropped to my side and helped me stand, we both stared at our saviour but neither of us was impressed.
"Superman? Is that what I would be called?" He said. I chuckled, remembering Earth 38's Superman.
"You need to leave, Kal. I'm not going back to Krypton, that's the last I will tell you."
"Yes, it is." He grabbed me and flew me away, ripping me from the handhold that Alex and I had. The last thing I heard on Earth was Maggie yelling my sister's name and unintentionally distracting her while I was dragged into a purple portal.
Alex's POV
"Alex!" Maggie's yelling was the only reason I lost my attention of what was going on. I turned for a second to smile at Maggie but when I turned back, my sister was no longer there. I dropped to my knees and prayed that she had just left for a moment but that wasn't the case. She was gone, Kal-El had taken her.
I vaguely heard people talking around me when we were back at the DEO. I was still conscious and I was fine but the only thing I remember hearing clearly was Maggie finally realising what had happened.
"Kara's returned to Krypton?"

GUESS WHAT, FAM! IT'S THE END
Please let me know if you want a third book but yes, this is the end of the Earth 90 universe... for now.
Thank you for remaining a part of the Earth 90 family throughout the books and I hope that there will be a third but for now, I am going to try and focus on my originals. I am so grateful for the votes and reads, it really does mean a lot!
Unfortunately, this will end as a trilogy if a third book does end up getting written.
Love you all!
PS - For those of you that wonder...
In Supergirl and The Flash, they talk about there only being 52 Earth's and that Earth X is a supposed 53rd Earth. I realised that this kind of contradicts that Earth 90 exists, so here is an explanation.
In this Universe, there is the exception of Earth 90 because, you know, I need to fill a massive plothole! Jk, jk... but still.
Anyways, the explanation is this...
When Barry created flashpoint, he also unknowingly created dozens of new Earths, all without name. He discovered Earth 90 but didn't really understand how it existed but for some reason, he never questioned it, he just named this new Earth with the first number that came to mind, 90.
To completely understand this new world...
1-Read Arakmuraya. Then Felicity Snow and Killer Frost's Fight if you want to know what happens after.
2-Then Earth 90 and then, well, obviously, you have read this, so...
3-If you still don't understand, message me with any questions and I'll try as hard as I can to answer any you have.
