Alex's POV

I ran up the stairs, not wanting to waste any time on the lifts. I arrived at Lena's door and almost kicked it in. I knocked calmly and heaved as the door opened. I was out of breath and had my hands on my knees.

"Alex? The door is open, you can let yourself in." My sister's voice came through the door. I opened it to find her in the kitchen, stirring something in a pot.

"Kara?" I ran to her and embraced her in my arms. When Lena said she was cold, she meant literally. It was like she had just come out of a freezer.

"Hey, why are you back so early? Your honeymoon shouldn't end for another..." She thought for a second. "Two weeks."

"Lena was worried about you. She said you had another... Moment."

"She told you?" Kara had complete fury in her eyes, like someone had just killed her entire family. She had this same look of anger after...

"Kara, you need to come with me to the DEO." I said, knowing my voice was shaky but I didn't care.

"Why? So you can run more tests? So you can control me again?"

"Kara, you aren't thinking clearly. You remember the Red Kryptonite. You remember what you did while under its influence. You have to fight it." She went silent. Her eyes were flickering between Lazer vision and regular.

"I... Can't..." She whispered. "I'm sorry." A tear fell down her face. I saw her jaw clench tighter while her eyes suddenly completely shut off and she collapsed, falling face first onto her stomach. There was a dart in the back of her neck. I looked up and saw Lena, still holding a gun with wide eyes and shaky hands.

Maggie POV

My eyes opened to see just sky. I looked over to my right and saw trees and grass. I looked over to my right to see the exact same thing. I stood slowly and stumbled around before making my way through the forest towards the sound of screaming. I arrived in a clearing next to a city where the plane was upside down and people were screaming and running around everywhere.

I spotted the pilot under some rubble and in bad shape so I ran to his side.

"I'm going to help you. Can you tell me your name?" I dragged my hand through his hair soothingly and he answered with a soft 'Andrew'. "Okay, Andrew. I am going to lift this slowly and I need you to tell me what hurts and where." I did as I said and lifted the heavy sheet of metal. I noticed a gash on his stomach just above his bellybutton.

"Here. It hurts here!" He cried, grabbing his stomach which was gushing out blood at this point. I nodded and used one hand to help him keep the pressure while I used the other one to grab my phone out of my back pocket and called 911.

"Hi, I'm officer Maggie Saw... Maggie Danvers. The plane I was on just crashed and I don't know where we are or what to do and people are really hurt and..." My rant was cut off by a soft voice.

"Maggie, you need to relax. Tell me what you see. Anything that could tell us where you are."

"We are between a forest and a city. That's all I got."

"Okay, we are going to track your phone. I have sent all available units on the way. Should be within the hour. I'm sorry I can't be of more help."

"No, it's the best you can do. Thank you so much." I hung up the call, still crying and holding my hand on Andrew's wound to stop the bleeding. I was starting to lose all of the adrenaline that was pumping through my veins and I was finally feeling the effects of my own injuries. I called one of the other people who were running around helping to keep applying pressure while I looked around for other survivors.

I had saved about four others from the wreckage by the time I finally collapsed, hearing the sirens of the ambulance as I drifted off into unconsciousness.

Alex's POV

I placed outside the cell, not knowing where to put my hands so they ended up fidgeting around. I opened the cell, dropping to Daniel's side. He smiled as he opened his eyes.

"So I guess the clear Kryptonite finally worked?" He said, slowly sitting up and wrapping a hand around my throat. I choked for a while before kicking him in the gut, releasing his grip and throwing him to the ground.

I ran outside the cell and closed it again, out of breath and tired, I didn't speak for a while. I finally decided to open my mouth but as I did, he spoke instead.

"Alex Danvers. Congratulations on the wedding. Too bad Maggie is now probably dead."

"What?" I started to worry. I hadn't thought of where she was. It had only been a few hours since her flight was supposed to land. "You're lying. How are you even alive?"

"The same way your baby sister is alive after she and Lena Luthor decided to take a trip to the Light Of Rao."

"So you travelled through time." I recalled Barry mentioning a small portion of time travel and I had just assumed that it was how he got Kara back.

Daniel laughed but stayed silent, standing once again and smiling, staring straight into my soul.

"I wonder how Maggie would feel if she knew you didn't care that her plane crashed." I inhaled sharply and walked straight out the door, not looking back.

I hadn't considered that she might be in trouble. I had just been worrying about my little sister. What if she was hurt, or worse? What if I had lost my wife? I had to do something. I went into Kara's room and even though I knew she couldn't hear me, I told her where I was going. I kissed the unconscious alien's forehead and left.

I was just about to leave the room when I received a message on my phone. It was from her. From Maggie.

Alex, I am fine but I'm in the hospital on the other side of the city. Just stay with Kara and relax.

I replied with an 'okay, I love you' and took her advice. I sat next to Kara and relaxed, falling asleep after a few minutes.
