Chapter 6

Fina's POV

Yes, tanga ako for making up an excuse. Yes, tanga ako for taking advantage of Chase. Yes, tanga ako dahil alam ko naman in the end I'll fall for him, deeply and madly. But no, I won't take back or even regret my decision.

I really feel bad kasi it looks like na ginagamit ko sya. Para tuloy tama yung sinasabi ng ibang tao sakin na kinakaibigan ko lang daw sina Chase and Bee para maging popular and sabi din nila na nag te-take daw ako ng advantage.

Oo ang selfish ko, desperate na lang talaga siguro ako na maramdaman na mahalin ng isang taong mahal ko. SIguro ito na yung last wish ko, before I get married. To be loved kahit na pretend lang.

"Konti na lang Sera matatawag na din kitang Ms Idle -__-"

"May sinasabi ka Bee?"

"Ay lutang. Tell me nga, what's bothering you?"

"Uhm.. Kasi.. Ganto.. You know our project right? The thing is I don't really know kung ano yung gagawin ko lalo na love yung theme. Well, that is until Chase volunteered to help me.. He said he'll make me feel love, love that the girl character would feel kasi POV type yung isusulat kong story"

"Kkkyyyaaaah *hampas* *hampas* *hampas* ikaw na Sera! I have a gut feeling na after nito, you'll both be an item. Kkyyaaahh... Pero wait, bakit parang ang lungkot mo? Aren't you happy?" - Bee

"I am. Thankful din ako dahil tutulungan nya ako. Pero I'm taking advantage of him. Para tuloy ang sama sama ko" sabi ko kay Bee. That's how I feel naman eh

"Sya naman yung nagsabi na tutulungan ka nya di ba? Sya yung nag volunteer so no need to feel bad. Tsaka malay mo way ni destiny para maging kayo kyyyaaaaahhh" 

"Baliw ka talaga Bee" then I smiled at Bee. I know he won't fall in love with me, I don't wanna sound pessimistic pero alam ko naman na no chance. Either way, he shouldn't fall inlove with me, not now not never.

"Ms Idle! Hey hey hey! Haha! Let's meet at starbucks at 4pm, lets talk about your story. Libre mo ko ha? You owe me :P "

I smiled at his text, pero deep inside sobrang kinikilig na ako. I'm still contemplating if pagpapatuloy ko 'to. *sigh* bahala na mamaya.

I replied "kay kay!" Sa kanya then kinuha ang MacBook ko. I need to check the status of our company and I'll also read dad's will. Hindi ko talaga alam kung bakit gusto ni dad na makapagpakasal ako at an early age. Kahit saang anggulo di ko talaga maintindihan kung bakit.

Nga pala, I'm currently at my condo. Nasa Manila din ang bahay nila Tita pero malayo sa SU, I bought a condo for myself. Dapat dalawa kami dito ni Bee pero sa pinsan nya sa nag-stay dahil utos ng mom nya.

Oh, its 15:00 na pala. Pumunta na akong CR and took a bath. Dressed in my casual wear plus glasses then I tied my hair up. I didn't bother look at the mirror 'cause maleleate na ako. Bahala na mamaya.

I hail a cab at sinabi sa Starbucks na malapit sa SU. I paid the driver at bumaba na.

Relax lang Sera, its just Chase. Di ko alam pero lahat ng kaba ko bumalik parang katulad lang nung first time na na meet ko sya, ugh this is bad.

Pagpasok ko sa Starbucks nakita ko na si Chase, with some girls talking to him. Well, sanay na naman ako na lagi syang tinitignan lalo na sa mga babae, he's definitely a head turner. Pero kahit na sanay ako, I can't help but feel angry, ugh I hate this.

I was about to get out dahil nga kinakabahan talaga ako pero tinawag nya ako. Lumingon ako at nag smile sa kanya. Yung looks na binibigay nung mga girls sakin ay parang disgust, bakit ano ba meron sa suot ko?

"There you are! Antagal mo naman, nagugutom na ako eh." - sya

"Dapat umorder ka na kanina pa. Tss, nagpapagutom ka na naman eh" - ako

"Uyy concern sya! *laughs* lilibre mo kaya ako. Dali order na!" - Chase

"Kaya pala -___- . Sige ako na bahala"

Pumunta na ako sa counter at umorder. Chase helped me sa pagdala nung mga binili namin. We started talking about school stuff at first, he told me some really funny stories sa kanila nila Sky and we also talked about ColdPlay, syempre di na mawawala yun. All of my tensions vanished, until..

"So let's talk about your story. What will you do or ano ba yung flow ng story?"

"Uhm, its about a nerd who fell inlove with this guy. She changed herself for the guy to notice her and he did. They became close friends and the girl fell for the guy deeply and madly. Siguro 10 chapters na yung part na yun. Then one day, the girl saw the guy kissing another girl, she was devastated. They weren't in a relationship but still, she had her hopes up. The guy likes the girl too but his brothers also likes her, so he sacrificed his feelings for the sake of his brother's. He chose to hurt the girl. Yun pa lang yung naiisip ko but definitely may kasunod pa sya." Whoo! Haba nun!

"Pwede sabihin yung mga opinions ko, if you don't mind Sera" - sya

"Shoot!" - ako

"Well, its a little cliche. Pero I can't say pa kasi sabi mo nga may next part pa. To help you write the first chapter, I'll ignore for like 3 days and you embrace the character of the girl. Kunwari may crush ka sakin" -Chase

'Eh meron naman talaga eh' sabi ko na lang sa thoughts ko

"Then, ask Bee for a makeover. Then I'll notice you. Lets both embrace the character and then start mo na yung draft ng story mo. What d'you think?" - Chase

"I LOVE IT! Sige, pero wag mo muna ako i-ignore. Sa monday na XD" -ako

"Hey, I gotta go. Its 6:30 na pala, text me later na lang for the background ng character. Bye Sera!" -Chase

"Wait, Chase" humnga muna ako ng malalim, I need to tell him this *sigh*

"What is it?" -Chase

"Please, whatever happens, don't fall inlove with me, for real"

Ginulo nya ang buhok ko at sinabing "don't worry, I won't. I'm waiting for my girl *smiles* "

I should be happy right ? Pero....
