Brendon has stopped crying and he's wearing what he was before he turned into that demon. "I didn't think it was gonna be this bad" he said. Where sitting on the curb of the empty school parking lot, Brendon looking at the ground, I'm afraid to ask but curiosity is taking over me "w-what happened to Jake?" I ask "why the fuck are you even here Tyler? You never formally introduced you, for all we know you could be with the government" Brendon says raising his voice a little, Dallon holding him back. I am taken back by his words, I feel Josh's strong arms wrap around me "Hey shhh, it's ok it's ok I got you shhhh" Dallon says hugging Brendon and running his hands through his hair, Brendon takes a deep breath "I'm sorry Tyler, I got a little over heated, I'm sorry, but...I killed Jake" Brendon says, he puts his head in his hands and lets out a long shaky sigh "what are we gonna do?, I don't want though bastards coming after us again" he says "let's hope nobody got it on video" Pete says "I dunno I was around a corner when I changed" Brendon said. I see Dallon looking off into the distance at a white van that's parked at a top of a hill "uhhh we need to go right now" Dallon says "why?" I ask, everyone starts grabbing there bikes "why?" I ask again, Dallon turns to me and says "bad men".

We ride our bikes to the back of the school and take a path into the forest. We exit going into a neighborhood, I look behind me and see the same white van following us "uhh guys, that van is following us" I say "shit" Dallon curses under his breath, we start pedaling faster but the car only speeds up. "Their still following us" I yell "we're gonna have to split up, Dallon goes with me, Patrick and Pete together, you and Josh" Brendon says "meet at the warehouse, make sure NO ONE is following you". We begin to split up, Josh and I keep going forward, Dallon and Brendon go left and Pete and Patrick go right. Josh and I are speeding in the bike lane but eventually go on to the road, then suddenly a white van comes out of nowhere and spots me and Josh "SHIT!" Josh says, Josh and I pedal with all the strength we have, I had to go slow because Josh isn't a vampire but he's going pretty fast. We take a sharp U turn and head back toward the school, the van begins to speed to catch up to us, Josh begins to pedal a little faster than he was. The van starts to get close to us when Josh takes a sharp right into another neighborhood. I follow him into the neighborhood, we lost the van, I let out a sigh of relief, Josh stops in front of a house with a motorcycle parked in front, he hops of his bike, grabs his radio that's on his bike and makes his way to the motorcycle "Josh! What are you doing! Are you crazy!" I say to him, he turns back a smirks at me "get on" he says his voice smooth like velvet "wha-" Josh interrupts me "I said get on, don't worry about you're bike, I know this person" I get off my bike and hop on the back of the motorcycle, Josh puts gloves and a helmet on, he hands me one "put it on" he says, I don't hesitate putting it on, "you're gonna have to wrap you're arms around me" He says, I snake my arms around his torso as he starts up the motorcycle, as if that was the vans que to show up it comes up a road a few blocks away from us. Josh speeds off forward exiting the neighborhood leaving the van in our dust. Josh skips lane after lane ignoring the many honks he gets from angry drivers being cut off. Josh goes a bit faster, I tightened my arms on his torso. What a crazy first day of school.
