After Jack went away to talk the with the moon, horrible things started to happen. Bunny always comes to my room to mock me. Sandy too who kept on making sand signals which I don't understand.

"Go away, Sandy. Before I stock you inside a hourglass." Sandy created a exclamation mark sand figure at the top of his head.

"I mean it." I said as I glare at him.

I was able to control a bit of my tails, from the Black Fox inside of me. I tripped Snady over using one of my tails

His golden sand turned black so he worriedly brushed the black parts off. He looked so frightened when he left. I sat on the floor and picked up some of the sand he brushed off earlier. As I touch it, I felt my heart skipped a beat.

I had a vision of a girl in white dress. A man came out of the shadows and walked towards her. He knelt and started to pat her head. The girl smiled and reached out to the man but black things came out of her back  and passed through the man's shoulder. Her white hair turned blood red as she stands up. She has lost her reason. As if someone inside of her got loose.

"Gyah!" I shouted as I get myself back to reality.

"What was that I thought." I thought. I lied down on my bed to get a rest. I slept sound till I heard a loud thug from the ceiling. Plot twist, I woke up at North's office with everyone glaring around me... even Jack...

"What's happening here?" I asked.

"Alice... do you know a guy named Pitch?" Jack asked.

"I don't... Jack, what's going on?" I whispered to him but he backed away.

"Pitch was once an old friend of the moon, but he is very wicked."

"You know what? I don't care. Bring me back now." I ordered.

Jack suddenly grabbed my neck and held me up high.

"Pitch is an enemy, Alice!" he shouted.

"I don't know anything!" I cried.

Jack threw me at the shelves. I felt his anger raging all over the room. The whole place started to freeze.

"You created the black sand... you almost killed Sandy! I won't let anything to happen to my friends. Alice, I'm sorry... but I don't want to lose everything I have for you... not again..."

"Jack... no... you said you will be here with me..." Jack pointed his staff to me.

I needed to protect myself. I know Jack is going to kill me. Hmph... Liar... I guess I'm all alone again. Inside my head, I kept on asking "Why? Why Jack?". I have no other choice but to defend myself.

"I'm sorry for being born a villain, Jack...." I said as I release the tails of the Black Fox.

Jack, Sandy, North, Bunny, and Tooth. All there surprised by the monster they called. One by one, I stabbed them with my tails and locked them on the walls... except for Jack. i walked towards him accompanied by six other tails. Jack was shocked by the horrid thing I did. I want to tell him not to worry, they're immortals anyway. But they can still feel the pain. That is my anger...

"I should've killed you when I had the chance." he muttered.

"Yes... you still can..."

"Alice, I loved you!"

"So did I... But you should ask yourself, who gave up first?" Jack looked away from me.

"I can no longer stay by your side. I've become a monster to fear. Jack... I will hide and never be seen again. Let me protect you as a villain."

I held Jack head and kissed his forehead. It was a terrible decision to isolate myself and live in pain for eternity... But I have to. I don't have a full control of the Black Fox. It was then a giant black hand pulled me away from Jack. He quickly grabbed my hand but the hand shot him with a familiar thing.

"Black sand? It's Pitch!" Jack said.

"Jack! It's pulling me harder!" I shouted.

"I know! I'm losing grip!" he said as his hands slowly let go of mine. Before I noticed it, the hand was already dragging me deep down a hole and into the darkness. I heard a very familiar laugh of someone I never knew.

"I finally had you back." It said.

I opened and saw the man from my vision. He walked towards me and offered his hand.

"Was the ride rough?" he asked. He pulled me up and showed me his lair. A cave with many giant cages hanging around. Some are occupied by children.

"Who the hell are you?! Why did you do this?" I exclaimed.

"Oh... dear. It seems that too much freedom made you rusty. I am Pitch Black, your creator. Aren't you pleased to meet me? Chil of Misfortune."

"No... NO!" I said as I started to run to find an exit. But he seems to follow where there is a shadow.

"Hahaha. You power seemed to have weakened. Well that will favor me, actually."

"What do you want from me!" I cried as I realize I can't use the power of the Black Fox now.

"Everything you are." Pitch said as he uses his power to block every light that I can see.

"Please don't! I don't like the darkness... please..." he suddenly stopped and looked at him. His eyes were... about to cry.

"Hmm... I guess you've become just like her. Scared of my appearance." He mumbled as he walks away. I started to wonder.why I started to feel bad for him.

I followed him and asked, "Hey... umm?" Honestly, I really don't know what to say. He gave me his locket and said, "Here. Now you can have questions."

I opened it and saw a young girl's picture. She looked very much... like me?

"Who is this?"

"That's Emily Jane, my daughter."

"What?"

"Yes. Alice, I am not really a bad person. I had a family but... I was too naive. I lost them..."

"What happened?" I casually asked.

Pitch looked at me and smiled. "You're starting to make yourself at home. Are you not scared anymore?" he asked.

"I'm only scared of myself for I am a very dangerous monster--"

"I know. I created you."

"Why?"

"Because I long for Emily Jane's presence. I miss my daughter so much."

"So... that will make me a substitute?"

"When you were a kid, your eyes really reminded me of my daughter."

"But Lacie said you created me to what I am now."

"Who's Lacie? I took you from an asylum. You were nearly dead. The orderlies mistreat children there. I heard your wish. Honestly I was surprised to have someone as young as you to make that kind of wish."

"What was my wish?"

"Death."
