The (Troubled) Date

~Time Skip to Thursday~

~Aphmau's POV~

Ok so my date is today don't freak out, DONT FREAK OUT!!! Ok I'm freaking out. What if he turns out to be exactly like Ein? What if he tries to hurt me on the first date!? Now I'm terrified!!! I know I shouldn't be but I really, truly am!

I might as well get ready though. The Starbucks is 30min away but its only 4 so I have about an hour and 15min because I want to get there early.

I decide to wear something casual but it looks nice. I am wearing an off the shoulder purple shirt with a pair of white shorts and purple converse. I look in the mirror and start trying to fix my hair, but of course it won't cooperate so I do a hair up half down style.

I then check the clock and it is 5:15. "Gosh time flies" I say to myself. I then start walking to the door and get my keys and wallet. I then get into the car, after locking my door, and drive to Starbucks.

I am so worried about this date... I don't think I have ever freaked out this much. I keep zoning out as I am driving but stop when a car nearly hits me. They then shot me a bird and drove off. I tried to shake it off, but I was so scared.

When I finally arrived at the coffee shop Aaron was no where to be seen so I decided to get a table for us. I sat in the very corner of the room that wasn't very crowded and I could also see the rest of the shop.

Aaron finally arrived and I asked what he would like. "Ill go and order for us. What would YOU like?" he asked emphasizing the "you". I always order the same thing so i told him a Caramel Frappe. I love those.

He then left to go buy our drinks. As soon as he walked away another man walked in. With black hair and a little blue and I was kind of scared, but shook it off.

I shook it off until he looked over at me... His face... His face looked exactly like Ein's. He then found me and stared. He stared for a good few minutes before smirking at me. It sent shivers down my spine.

Aaron then came back with our drinks and sat down in front of me. I guess he noticed how out of it I was and asked if I was ok. I couldn't move or talk. He then moved over to my side and hugged me. I don't know how it worked but it did. I then nearly started crying and asked if we could go to my place.

Aaron was riding with me since he walked to the Starbucks. We left and headed there and Ein seemed to follow us. Of course being me I sped up a little and we lost him. Poor Aaron looked so confused. I guess he deserved an explanation so ill tell him once we get to my place.

We get to my place and I park and go inside with Aaron following. After we walk in I close the door and lock it because I didn't want to risk anything. Aaron then looked kind of mad at me. I then asked him to sit down.

"Why should I sit down? You drag me out of Starbucks and take me to your place and drive over the speed limit?!" he yelled. He sounded just like Ein but stronger. I then nearly started to cry and he settled down a little and looked like he felt kind of bad.

"P-please s-sit d-down" I said trying not to anger him again. He dat down still suspicious. I then started to speak, "Look, I had to leave back there. Someone was there that was really mean to me before. My ex was there. His name was Ein. We went out on our first date a few years ago and went on many more and we got together. We ended up moving in together and after we did he then started being mean. He punched, slapped, kicked, and did many other.... Things to me. One day he let me get a job and when I did that is when I first saw you with Garroth and all of them. I went him that day, after I got all y'alls numbers, I went home and Ein gave me a beating for making friends saying people like me doesn't deserve friends. He did alot of things to me and told me if I told anyone he would officially kill me. I really had nothing to loose so I called the police and told them everything. Ein told me once he got out he would give me the beating of a life time. I guess he got out because he was at the Star bucks... Im so so sorry Aaron..."

I didn't realize I was crying until Aaron walked over to me, lifted my head up, and wiped them away. He then hugged me and I hugged back. "I would never ever do that to you Aph. You are so sweet and didn't deserve anything he did to you. I'm sorry I yelled earlier but I was confused. I'm so sorry Aph."

I didn't know why he was apologizing because I was the one who need to be. We didn't break away from the hug until there was a knock at the door. I felt my entire face go pale. Aaron went and answered it and it was a new neighbor. Ein.

Why does he want to torture me? I didnt do anything to him!! I do hate him. Aaron then told him to go away. Ein tried to come in so Aaron punched him. And closed the door and locked it fast.

I then started crying because i was stuck with him next door. I don't know what to do...

"Sorry Aaron", I said. "Sorry for our troubled date." and then hugged Aaron.
