Tobias POV
I've been talking non stop with Tris for two weeks now and she seems genuinely interested in everything I have to say. Talking to her makes me feel happy which is very hard for something to do, it kinda sucks so that she lives so far away because even though it's only been two weeks I believe I'm developing a serious emotional attachment to her.

"Four, man" My best mate Zeke says waving a hand infront of my face
"Huh, oh, sorry" I mumble in response.
"What's got your head in the clouds? You're never like this.
He's right, I don't know why but I daydream a lot more now, if this is how just two weeks has got me acting I don't think I want to know what will happen if we keep talking.
"FOUR! You're doing it again"
"Sorry, what did you say?"
"I asked what's got your head in the clouds!? Come on man tonight we are supposed to be celebrating, I'm going to be a dad! I may still be young but I'd like to celebrate that with my best friend"

*Ding*

I pull out my phone to check the notification and smile like an idiot.

@BTP: In the midst of planning a holiday, where to go? Where to go.....
@TEO: It would be absolutely amazing if you were to come visit me but insanely pricey so maybe just NYC or something.

"Okay, if you're not going to be happy for me or tell me what's got you smiling like the Cheshire Cat I'm leaving" Zeke states
"I am happy for you! Seriously dude becoming a father is great news"
Zeke is quiet for a short moment before piping up to speak
"I wanted to ask you something Four"
"Go ahead, I may or may not have an answer"
"Well.... I mean... this is my first child.... and you're my best friend, I was just wondering if you would like to be his/her god father?"
"Dude! I'd be honoured! That baby will have the best god father ever!"
"Thank yo..."

*Ding*

@BTP: That's your fault for living so far away! 😏
@TEO: As much as I would love to see you everyday it's only been two weeks, we will meet sooner or later ❤️

"Will you tell me why you've been over the moon lately?" Zeke speaks up.
"I met someone" I mumble
"You!? Forever alone Four Eaton met someone?"
"Yeah, she's pretty great"
"When will I be able to meet this someone?" He questions
"Probably at the same time I do...."

I really dislike conversations like this.

"What do you mean? I thought you had met her? That's why you've been happy, because you met someone?"
"It's complicated" He's going to start getting angry if I keep being short with him but I don't know how to explain I have a crush on someone I've talked to online for two weeks and never seen face to face.
"How complicated?" Why does he have to know?!
"She lives in Chicago, I've been talking to her online, everything she says or does is exactly what I'm looking for in a girl Zeke, but she lives in another country"
"That's great! Mate anyone who makes you this happy is worth waiting around for, if it's meant to be and she feels the same way you'll meet up one day and then as soon as you do the two of you will be inseparable, I'm happy for you mate I just hope like hell it works out for you"
I just give him a shy smile in reply.
