The scent of the guy is still wearing her uniform. Yung jacket kasi nahawaan yung uniform niya but in a good way kasi mabango.

Itinupi niya ito at inilagay sa paper bag. One last sniff sabi niya sa sarili niya kinuha niya ulit ang jacket at inamoy na para bang her life depends on the scent of the jacket.

POV

Tatapusin ko lang homework ko tapos matutulog na agad ako I said determined. Masyado kasing mahirap yung chemistry pag' Highschool ka na, dati solid, liquid, gas lang yan pero ngayon you need to define it all.

How can something be defined as too much? When it hurts too much the pain starts to feel numb? When too much happiness hurt like a bitch? A song once said, too much of everything is too much, and maybe it's fucking true because Lauren's dysmenorrhea was killing her. Too...much...pain...

She woke up holding her stomach as she crump in pain "aray!" No words can explain the feeling. It hurts so much having her period. "Puta, talaga!" She said sitting beside her lampshade.

Her bed is not quite big for all of her things to compressed. Her house is like a studio-type pero tagpi-tagpi nga lang.
"Summ! Ok ka lang?" Pag-alala ng Mama niya.

She cannot say No kasi sa sobrang sakit ng puson niya.
"Nak, baba ka na ihatid mo muna 'tong order kay Eleah sa kabilang kanto lang!" Her Mom shouts calling her.

Leche! Ang sakit na nga eh. She shouted in her mind. She cannot say That word to her Mother.

Dahan-dahan siyang bumaba. One step at the time hawak pa din ang puson niya. Kitang-kita sa mukha niya yung sakit.

"Ma, masakit puson ko!" She said it's almost like a whisper although narinig naman ng Mama niya.

"Naku!, bata ka noong last time ka nag-dugo pinapunta ka na sa ospital kasi namumutla at di kana makasalita, sobrang sakit ba?" Sabi ng Mama niya nagmamadaling inalalayan ang anak niya pababa ng hagdanan.

Kahit ayaw niyang pumasok ay kailangan, it's because of her quiz masyadong importante para ipagpaliban.

Her Mother is trying to stop her pero she wants to be in her class.

Even if it's hard Lauren tried to went to school despite of her dysmenorrhea.

She's walking through the lobby parang pulubing gutom because she's still holding her lower stomach. Bag on her back and the jacket in the paper bag.

The aching made it stop when the guy from the rain walking towards her.

The guy from the rain said 'hi' but Lauren couldn't say the word 'hi' too.
Her lips are frozen, she tried to wave her hand but she couldn't.

Until the guy from the rain passed beside her. Para siyang aso nakatanga lang.
She forgot to give back the jacket to the owner but it's too late.
Paglingon niya ay wala na yung lalaki.

She reached to her classroom still smiling like a dog. Remembering the face of the boy she sees earlier made her wince. Brown eyes, soft skin, hands on his pocket.

As she entered to her hell (classroom) everybody's looking at her weird expression on their faces.

"Kakaiba nakangiti siya ngayon ah" Hershy said smirking.
Lauren's face turned to shit expression. What a pain in the ass yung mga ka-classmate niya.

"Gago naka-shot ata ng shabu" controlling his laugh.
"Ang harsh niyo naman!" Yina said sarcastically.

Every one laugh, poor Lauren she cannot even say a word to defend herself. Puta?! She said in her mind.

Nilagay niya yung paper bag sa tabi ng upuan niya. She'll return it safely pag' natapos na yung klase.

Her classmate accidentally run towards the paper bag at nahulog yung jacket.

Aakmang pupulutin niya na eto pero kinuha ng babae yung jacket na parang she recognized someone.

"Kay Senior 'to ah!" Yina said in shocked. "Huy bat' nasasayo 'to?" Yina added, smiling.

Tumayo din yung ibang ka-classmate niya "palagi 'tong suot ni Senior eh sa kanya nga 'to kasi naka-patch yun pangalan niya dito oh" her classmates said while pointing at the right arm of the jacket.

Lauren followed everybody's gaze at the right arm. Oo nga, bat' di ko nakita yun. It's written CADENCE, M.H. like an army uniform.

"Uy, kayo ba?" Gino ask her. Everybody teasing her and shipping her and the Senior.

Lara commented "maganda naman si Lauren eh 'di lang kasi siya nag-aayos" Lara said while playing Lauren's hair.

Lauren did an eye roll.

"Huy, Lau pasabi naman kay Senior oh wag siyang masyadong mahigpit sa CAT ha" King requests.

The classes finished early kasi birthday ng Dean and her class teachers will celebrate it kaya early dismissals.

She tried to find Senior in the Campus pero hindi niya mahanap ang lalaki kaya umuwi na lang siya.

Walking to the same convinence store where 'Senior' gave the jacket. Nakakagutom as she stairs sa poster ng doughnut sa glass ng store.

But one guy took Lauren's attention doon sa loob ng convienence si Senior! she whispered.

Dali-dali siyang pumasok sa loob at pumunta sa kinaro-roonan ng lalaki. Waiting in the line.

"Hello po... yung jacket niyo po Salamat sa pag hiram sakin" inaabot yung paper bag.

"Uy, akala ko di mo na isasauli eh" he said scratching at the back of his head.

Pero Lauren didn't look at the guy she's looking at the menu doon sa taas ng counter. Doughnut hmm. her stomach is roaring from pain 'di kasi siya kumakain para makapag-ipon.

The guy look at where Lauren's looking "libre na kita"

Umupo sila sa pinakalikod ng 7/11 face-to-face "so anong pangalan mo?" The guy ask Lauren in between chewing his hamburger.

"Lauren po." She reply. The guy frowned,
Ano ba nasabi kong mali? Lauren asking herself.

"Sa tingin mo ba 67 years old ako para mag-po ka sakin?" Naiiritang sabi niya.

"Ay sorry 'Senior' po kasi tawag sa inyo eh" Lauren explaining herself.

"Rio na lang tawag mo masyado kasing old school pag Mario" he laughed. Mario di naman ah? She taught.
Not bad a name of Mario for like him. The name is so manly. He looks like a college man with a preky attitude. Lauren smiling looking staring at Mario.

"Is there something wrong?" Mario asked smirking.

"Wala, sorry" Tumingin siya sa baba para dimakita ang pamumutla ng kanyang mukha.

"You know stop saying sorry wala ka namang ginawa eh"
Lauren is not so socially person kaya palagi siyang naa-akward pag sa harap ng maraming tao. She cannot cope up with others. Kaya siya palaging binubully dahil she cannot defend herself from people hurting her. Hinahayaan niya na lang ang mga ito.
