BEAUTY

I didn't eat dinner tonight
And starved myself the other day
Checking the measurements now and then
Drawing boundaries on my body
Envying the girls with perfect breasts
And less than 30 cm waist
A waist face palmed with hands
Mind you,
The definition of beauty is a little different
Stretched along the rails
And dust carved upon that tree
Moulded by various people
Lights echoing through it
" Girls are meant to be pretty "
It runs along the time
Since man started it's race
Trying to fit in their fences
As if my whole life is to impress
And everyone pays a shit
If they is a layer of fat peeking out
Or if legs are bounty thick in shorts
Just like them olden days of ridiculousness
Thinking we have to wear corsets
What a waste of precious knowledge
If all they're finding for is a slim wife
With a spark of glow on her face
Still trending in the dark
Painted faces of makeup
And the crowd outside the cosmetics store
Labelling 40% off
Oh, but don't let others tell you
If it is right or wrong
The whole life would just slip out
If you start obeying the rules
Beauty is nothing compared
To all those Hollywood actors
For it lies in the darkest corners
It reflects on the sound of your giggle
And the books stored upon the shelf
In all the tags left on the maps
And the songs in your playlist
It reveals it's true identity
When you do what you do
Without giving any fucks
The way your character dances on the rhythm
Purposely going out of tune
The kindness bestowed in the heart
And all those acne and pimples
A shoutout to the ugly hair
And unobeying hair
The period pain which every girl passes through
Don't be a victim
To their false statements
For it is like a black hole
Sucking everything in
And just keep your head high
And don't ever let it down
Even if the hot guys judge on the clothes
They might never know till they die
For beauty clings to you
Like a masterpiece
