You pet Ben's hair and stared down at his resting body. The air was cool and fresh, the smell of clean laundry floated into your room and clung to your nose like a bug to tree sap.
"You guys look gross," a voice said from the shadows. You looked up and gasped. I girl stood in the corner, her blonde hair reaching to her shoulders. Her green eyes droopy and dark. The description of the girl was just as Ben had explained. You looked down at him and then back at the girl. Why is it that it's normal for people to come into my room? You asked yourself.
"Ash." Ben said calmly, his eyes stilled closed. You raised one brow confused on why Ben was so calm.
"Who-"
"Last human to walk out of the mansion alive without any help from that pastas, hey," the girl hissed.
"I-" you were cut off again.
"{y/n} yeah I'm aware." Ash said, her voice monotone.
"Why-"
"She's a friend of Jeff's now." Ben said.
"For fucks sake Ben don't start interrupting me too!" You yelled.
Jeff walked out of your bathroom at the moment.
"Yeah Ben, let the girl speak." Jeff said, his voice flirtatious. You could tell he would've winked at you if he had eyelids.
"Ouch Jeff, I thought we had something." Ash said, her tone joking but her words hurt.
"Everyone knows you're gay as hell Ash."
"And you're not? I see the way you look at Benny." Ash winked at Ben.
"Alright Ash time to go this is my hiding place." Jeff said picking Ash up over his shoulder and opening the small basement window.
"Goodbye loves." Jeff said shoving ash out the window.
"What-"
"Don't ask."
"Don't interrupt me." You hissed.
"Don't get sassy with me." Ben said sitting up.
"Don't act like I'm your slave."
"You could be." Ben growled.
"I would so own you Ben." You laughed.
"Bet."
"Kiss me, dumbass"
And he did just like he had been ordered.
